With the constant development of the coal-bed methane mining areas in our country in the past 20 years, every year the number of new Wells increasing, and currently involved in the process of high rank CBM rows and mining parameters acquired by system adjustment is by staff on-site monitoring and adjustment, which requires there are more and more people into the ranks of high rank CBM every year. The location of CBM Wells are mostly mountainous conditions, to climb the mountain at night or in the rain and snow weather is very difficult, It is difficult to achieve real-time monitoring and effective mining parameter control. In view of the above problem, Study design digital system, take the high rank CBM system and digital system for seamless connection. This paper detailed discusses the specific design process of digital system, gives the specific implementation process of a high rank parameters obtained from field transfer to upper machineThis paper mainly introduces the exploitation of coal-bed methane output of the process of electric control valve in the pipeline, the control of the electric control valve control system fully analyzed and established the mathematical model of the system, based on the model of the system and the requirements of the control effect, fuzzy PID controller was designed to control system, through the simulation analysis, the controller can effectively control the coalbed methane output at a constant pressure, and has robustness, completed the hardware design of electric control valve controller and realize the control system of unmanned probation.
