The area of Huangming Shi coal mine occurrence Jing Le group red soil, and widespread all mine fields, with width of 56.11?114.84m which are obstruct the hydraulic connection well between the quaternary system aquifer groups and bedrock aquifer group. However, the drill manifest that coal seam 3's overlying bedrock height are 7.60?41.70 m, with a average height of 26.41m,which are too small. Although under the not mining conditions the red soil layer can obstruct the quaternary system aquifer groups to fill in mine, due to too small vertical height of bedrock the quaternary system aquifer groups can break-over after large mining height working, and also possibly become the direct filling source to threat normal production of mine.To adopt full-mechanized caving mining technique safely and reliably, first of all, utilizing the method of crack of surface mining to estimate Strata damage height after mining three layers. Secondly, with FLAC numerical simulation method to predict the overlying rock stratums damage height. Last, adopts GSM numerical simulation method to assess water inflow after mining. Analysis by synthesis, the full-mechanized caving mining technique can not be applied in Sarah WuSu group of aquifer coverage; Quaternary loess pore fissure pleistocene series diving area should in accordance with three-unders regulation, under weak aquifer with rich water leave sand control safety coal and rock pillars mining; Burnt rock hole fissure water and Jurassic clastic rock zone of weathering crevice water coverage should drill hole to drain water firstly, and then minging.To ensure mining works safely and successfully, mining technical measures and waterproof safety measures were put forward.The research results obtained and the research method can be used not only in the mine, and mine such research methods under the same conditions also have reference value.
