Tunneling working face roof caving has always been one of the major problems of coal mine safety. The causes of this phenomenon is varied, the most fundamental lies in the coal mine tunneling faces temporary supporting method is hard to meet the need of coal mine safety and efficient tunneling.Many temporary support device, scheme are put forward and used on tunneling faces. However, the current domestic research mainly focuses on the framework of the performance and experience design.It makes the equipment blindness from the beginning of design, whether products meet the demand of roof support will be known after a period of time. Aiming at these problems, based on the national natural science fund project "step type advanced support equipment and roof dynamic coupling mechanism research (number:51304107)", this paper study the mechanical problems of advanced support-roof coupling mechanism.According to equipment parameters, advanced support-roof system mechanics model is established. Use theory of mechanics of materials and theoretical mechanics to establish the mechanic modal.Use theory of finite difference to establish the mechanics modal of the roof.Based on the principle of deformation harmony to solve the static response of advanced support-roof system.Based on the finite element theory, treat advance supporting pillar as a stem element, transverse girder as beam element, longitudinal beam and column beam contact area and the longitudinal beam and roof contact place as spring damper unit, the roof (sheet) divided into a finite number of plate elements. According to the energy theory,treat advanced support-roof system as a dynamic system and establish dynamic modal of it.According to the advanced support-roof system vibration control equation, based on advanced support-roof system vibration analysis program. Based on finite element analysis software ANSYS to establish advanced support-roof system simulation model and get the static response of the system.Based on dynamic finite element analysis of ANSYS software, module advanced support-roof system dynamics simulation model is established.Simulate the dynamic response when advanced support is under mine earthquake. Modal analysis was carried out on advanced support, roof and find out the inherent frequency and vibration mode, provide the basis for forepole resonance proof design.
