The surface quality is closely related to the value of board.With the rapid development of wood-based panel industry in recent years,people put forward higher request in the surface quality of board,therefore the research of detection and repair of board surface defect has important significance and value.At present,degree of automation and repair precision rate of the board surface defect repair technology is relatively low.In order to enhancing the automation of equipment and accurately repairing the board surface defects,such as holes etc,the key problems of automatic board coating putty equipment are studied.According to the characteristics of automatic board coating putty equipment,this paper studies the method of improving automation and accuracy of board coating putty equipment from the mechanical design and control design.In order to realizing the board surface defect automatic detection and repair,the machine vision system of putty coating equipment is built,a automatic putty coating structure and control system based on OPC is designed.The method,how the image processing program is embedded into host computer control program compiled by Visual Basic,is analyzed.Based on three dimension defect information obtained form machine visual system,the method,how extracts and processes image data of board surface defect,is studied.Machine vision system obtains the three-dimensional image of the board by a smart camera.The image contains the gray-scale and height map.Height map is processed by two methods of image segmentation.Board surface defect is extracted and integrated.The extraction accuracy of the data of defect coordinates and area is improved by means of the integrated defect is processed using morphological,such as the opening operation and closing operation.Automatic processing method of positioning the defect is studied.Repair process of partition coating putty on board surface is designed.A solid foundation for development of automatic equipment to coating putty on board is laid.In this paper,based on the above design,the test-bed of machine vision is set,the control program of putty coating machine is compiled and prototype of the putty coating machine has been produced.The feasibility of the application of machine vision in a putty coating machine is proved using machine vision test-bed.The validity and the practicability of the control system of the equipment is ensured by putty coating machineprototype.The tests indicate that the design in the research of wood surface defect detection and repair can obviously improve the accuracy of wood surface defect detection and effectively enhance the degree of automation of repairing board surface defect. |
