Hydraulic fracturing technology plays an important role in oil and gas reservoir reconstruction of the low permeability and shale gas.With the increasing difficulty of oil and gas exploitation,the sand content and the displacement of the fracturing also increase.As a result,the erosion failure occurred frequently on down hole tool.Up to now,the experimental method is one of the important ways to study erosion.Compared with the jet type experimental device and the traditional rotating type experimental device of,the flow pattern of pipe flow experimental device is closer to the actual flow conditions in fracturing work.It also has a higher accuracy of the experimental results.In this thesis,a set of pipe flow experimental platform of liquid-solid two-phase flow has been designed and the P110 steel has been tested and verified on the platform to verify the experimental device.The concrete research content is as follow:Firstly,according to the field production conditions,the design purpose and requirements of the experimental device was put forward and the overall scheme was conducted on the basis of summarizing the previous,required condition parameters and laboratory conditions.Based on the results of DPM multiphase flow simulationis the maximal erosion position was foun out and the optimal structure designing for the section of erosion testing was obtained.Secondly,based on the overall scheme of erosion experiment device,the relationship between the friction and the flow was builded up,and the flow pump flow meter,differential pressure sensor and temperature sensor were also determnied.the tank of mixing sand and liquid was also designed and manufactured,including the head,manholes,liquid level,electric heater of Stirred Tank.Finally,accomplish the installation of the experimental equipment,the welding of pipe and the corresponding parts were also condunctedFinally,In this paper,the device can not only complete the erosion experiment,but also can carry out the friction test of the fluid.The erosion experiment of P110 in Guar gum and the pressure loss of water were also investigated using self-made pipe flow experimental device.The result showsthat the maximum error between water friction experimental results and the calculated results is 4.95%.It is considered that the frictional experiment data of thisset of experiment device can meet the need of the experiment.The experimental data error of the 6 groups of clear water resistance in the same condition is between 0.4%~1.7%,whichis far less than 10%.Therefore,this set of experimental device is stable and reliable.The erosion rate of P110 material by the mixtures increases with increasing flow rate.The result has a sametrend with the results of literature The erosion rate of the bottom samples was significantly higher than that of the top samples,and the results were consistent with the DPM simulation results.In addition the operation procedures and maintenance and routine maintenance of the experimental device have been given,and the opinions on the functional development of the experimental device were also put forwarded.
