Lined with corrosion resistant alloy pipe is a new type of tubing compounded corrosion resistant alloy tube with carbon steel pipe.Because it not only ensures the strength of the pipe,the pipe also improves the corrosion resistance,the abrasion resistance,has an excellent cost-effective,therefore,it has a relatively broad application prospect.In this paper,the research on hydraulic bulge process composite pipe lined with corrosion-resistant alloys.Analysis different process characteristics of manufacturing composite pipe,compared and obtained the advantages of hydraulic expansion process is different from other manufacturing process.Using the elastoplastic theory,analyzed the principle of hydraulic expanding pipe,and proved the feasibility of double tube was compounded,getting the minimum,maximum expansion pressure and the theoretical formula combined expansion pressure Pi with residual contact stress P_c~* of double metal composite pipe.By designing the hydraulic bulge test device,selecting the appropriate welding equipment and materials,completed the hydraulic bulge test of 825nickel-based alloy / L360 QS steel.It analyzes the expansion process of composite pipe using ABAQUS finite element,obtained the minimum,maximum analytical solution of expansion pressure.Compared with the theoretical solution of the actual calculation,validate the correctness of the theoretical calculation.Because the pipe will produce residual contact stress between P_c~* after the expansion,the residual contact stress P_c~* directly reflect the quality of composite,therefore,analysising the influence of the strength of matching inside and outside of the pipe,expansion pressure,temperature and other factors on the residual contact stress P_c~*.And testing the physical and chemical properties of hydraulic pipe,determined whether it satisfies the requirements of API Spec 5L standards.
