Due to the presence of fouling, heat transfer coefficient of the device is reducing heavily while the corrosion rate of the device is increasing. Ultrasonic anti-fouling technology is simple, clean, post-maintenance and low cost, is widely used in the chlor-alkali and other petrochemical industries.Based on elaborate ultrasonic cleaning technology,this papeer explores the mechanism of anti-fouling ultrasonic cavitation technology, and conducts a detailed analysis of the main factors in the caustic soda evaporator tube fouling. According to the front research, this article has designed technology ultrasonic cleaning process and the implementation of the program, completes cleaning system parameter configuration and monitoring of field applications. Through the heat transfer calculation and field application, it analyzes the economic benefits of ultrasonic cleaning after the evaporator.Ultrasonic Anti-fouling technology has a significant role in the process in the chlor-alkali industry, business and society to promote energy saving process has a positive meaning.
