In this paper,the sludge activated carbon was prepared by using zinc chloride as activating agent,which is used as the base of the fourth sewage treatment plant in Xi'an City.the activated carbon was prepared by chemical co precipitation method,which is applied to the treatment of aniline wastewater,the adsorption mechanism and the optimum technological conditions are explored.the effect factors have magnetization temperature,ferrous sulfate and ferric chloride ratio,the dosage of activated carbon ratio.In the experimental process,we choose activated carbon adsorption of iodine and Ya Jiaji as a reference standard,he best process parameters can be got by orthogonal experiments and single factor experiment.considering the two reference standards,the best process parameter is that the magnetization temperature is 65 C,.The carbon ratio of ferrous sulfate angd ferric chloride is 1:2.5.then the CMCC method is formed and the removal performance of aniline wastewater is discussed.Using orthogonal experiment and single factor experiment,the optimum process parameters of preparing the activated carbon of the activated sludge are obtained.The best technological parameters are obtained by using the optimum parameters : the molding temperature is 100,the molding time is 60 min,the addition amount of the binder is 5%.The magnetization shaped mud active surface chemical properties and pore structure were characterized by specific surface area tester,X-ray diffraction adsorption and vibrating sample magnetometer.After modified,molding clay activated carbon surface area and total pore volume were increased,mesoporous content was increased;load effect is good,the mainly metal is metallic iron and iron oxide.Molding clay of activated carbon specific saturation magnetization get0.0073.247A/m,the remanence force is 0.932 A/m,the coercivity is 28.766 G.Therefore it can be separated by simple magnetic separation technology and reused.The changes of the adsorption properties of the activated carbon adsorption properties in the samples were studied in this paper,it was finished by using the four factors: the initial concentration of aniline,the initial concentration of aniline,the adsorption time and p H value.the studied method is static adsorption and study adsorption properties of Aniline Wastewater by activated carbon adsorption process..The results show that the treatment effect of activated carbon is better the powderactivated carbon in the same conditions.
