The research object of this paper was cellulose acetate.As a kind of synthetic chemical fiber,Cellulose acetate not only had good hygroscopicity and permeability,but also had thermoplastic,and it also had good biodegradability and mechanical properties.However,the processing temperature rang of cellulose acetate was short and it was easy to produce oxidative decomposition or others during the processing.What's more,the mixed cellulose acetate would be yellow and discoloration after several melt processing so that it would be limited its performance.The thermal stability of CA polymer systems were studied under the influence of different temperature and antioxidant at this paper.The different systems of CA were researched through the HAAKE torque rheometer,the mechanical performance tester,the capillary rheometer,yellow index,haze tester,electron microscopy and other text methods.Specific content of the experiment was as follows:The thermal stability and mechanical properties of CA polymer systems were studied under the influence of different temperature and antioxidant,test's temperature was 180?-220?.CA was melt processing by HAAKE torque rheometer,crushing,tab letting.The test showed that as the increased of processing temperature,the thermal oxidative.degradation increased,and thermal stability decreased.The yellow index and haze increased.The melt flow rate increased and the melt viscosity decreased.The vicat softening point reduced.The thermal stability and mechanical performance of 215 antioxidant was better than that of 1076 antioxidant and pure CA at the same temperature.Selected 200 ? as the processing temperature,The thermal stability and mechanical properties of CA polymer systems were studied under the influence of different time and antioxidant systems.,experimental time was between 5 minutes and 25 minutes.The test showed that as the increased of processing time,the yellow index and haze increased.The melt flow rate increased and the melt viscosity decreased.The vicat softening point reduced.The thermal stability and mechanical performance of 215 antioxidant was better than that of 1076 antioxidant and pure CA at the same time.Explored the differences and the reasons of adding antioxidant 215 and antioxidant 1076 in TGA and DTG testing.The result was found that the temperature of adding antioxidant 215 CA system was at 340? when the weightlessness rate reached 50%,while the temperature of adding antioxidant 1076 CA system was at 325?.so the thermal stability of adding antioxidant 215 CA system was better than the system of 1076.The CA systems'maximum weight loss rate were between 340? and 350?.The maximum weight loss rate of adding antioxidant 215 was slightly lower than that of adding antioxidant 1076 and the maximum weight loss rate of adding antioxidant 215 was also less than of adding antioxidant 1076.So the system of adding antioxidant 215 was better.Researched on the role of different antioxidants and antioxidant mechanisms in CA Systems.
