POMs has a unique structure and excellent physical and chemical properties and potential applications in electrical, optical, magnetic, etc. gradually attracted people's attention. If POMs with a combination of new material graphene so formed that has the nature of POMs also has the nature of graphene, and the interaction between the two. Therefore, based on the new material POMs with graphene as an emerging field of research in many areas of physical, chemical, materials and medicine are to emerge successfully developed for all areas of need in today's hybrid materials materials science research focus lies. From the current research situation, research in general POMs and the formation of the new material graphene is still in the development stage, the preparation has different functions of hybrid materials is necessary, POMs have species richness and functional diversity is expected to be the best candidate for the design, preparation, research.Extensive literature shows that the new material graphene formation and POMs compounds, corrosion resistant, and other unique physical and chemical properties, with the potential applications in magnetic materials, optical materials, or solar energy utilization, etc., and therefore more POMs-graphene compound system research has important theoretical significance and practical value. At present, the researches on the interaction of graphene with little more acid compounds, the total system of research work is still in the development stage, further design features different versatile POMs and build new material graphene and explore their potential applications to further enhance the preparation of new materials research POMs with a multi-functional nature of graphene is an urgent necessity.In this paper, we make the POMs-graphene films with layer-by-layer, studying its photoelectric properties. And without introducing titanium oxide, graphene, acid films were compared. Still in template-free synthesis and adjusted the pH synthesized microtubes with POMs and graphene, and studied its physical and chemical properties.
