The town of erdaobaihe in the north district of Changbai mountain located in the southeast Jilin province,located in the northern slope of Changbai mountain,known as"changbai first town","beauty pine hometown"of reputation,is to have the"holy,holy water,Qilin,fruit cents"reputation of the resort.At the same time,Tianchi in changbai mountain is the birthplace of songhua river,yalv river and tumen river,Tianchi water pooled erdaobaihe through erdaobaihe town.On the basis of the Changbai Mountain overall planning and pool north district planning,in accordance with the prohibited the development of heavy industry,selective development of light industry,adhere to the principles for the development of ecological tourism development and industrial development to avoid the destruction of the existing ecological resources and social environment,the region identified by four main industries of "tourism,culture,characteristics of ecological resources,mineral water "to support the development of the model,industrial water rarely,so township sewage mainly residents of sewage treatment.Pool north two Baihe Town is located in the eastern part of northeast China,perennial low temperature,winter long.Under the condition of low temperature,sewage treatment process has a great influence on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.In this condition,it is very difficult to meet the requirements of the environmental protection department.In this paper,the operating efficiency of the modified A~2/O process and the optimization of operating parameters in the low temperature condition are studied.Changbai Mountain North District sewage treatment plant on the daily amount of 30000 tons of sewage,the construction of two phases,the first phase of the construction scale of 15000 tons of sewage treatment.The wastewater treatment plant with modified A~2/O process,that is,in the conventional A~2/O process,an increase in the anaerobic pool,a pool,also known as the anaerobic conditioning tank.In this thesis,the design data,process analysis,operation efficiency,operation and management of the sewage treatment plant in North District of Changbai Mountain basin are described in this paper.Modified A~2/O process operation is stable under the stable operation,strong resistance to impact load,under the condition of normal temperature,the optimal operation parameters for:good oxygen pool water dissolved oxygen(do)for 1-2mg/l,mixed liquor reflux ratio of 200%,sludge return ratio is 70%.On this basis,the treatment efficiency of conventional A~2/O process is compared with that of modified A~2/O process.The effect of A~2/O is analyzed,and the effect of regulation is better.The TN can be used to ensure the efficiency of TN.According to the characteristics of Changbai Mountain pool two North Town in winter lasts for a long time and low temperature,systematically studied the effects of low temperature nitrogen,phosphorus removal of COD,by changing the biochemical pool aerobic DO,sludge reflux ratio and mixture reflux ratio test,the process operation parameters were optimized under low temperature conditions results:the optimization,biochemical tank,anaerobic DO control in 0.4-0.5mg/l,DO,0.2-0.3mg/l in the control of anoxic aerobic DO control in 1-3mg/l;reflux ratio of sludge under low temperature conditions influence the operation efficiency of the process is obvious,in the winter the sludge reflux ratio is set at 90%of the effect is good;therefore,the mixture reflux ratio is 200%can meet the conditions.In addition,when the temperature is lower in winter,the proportion of the influent section of the biochemical pool can be beneficial to denitrification.Two sets of operating parameters for the wastewater treatment plant in the North District of Changbai Mountain basin were determined.The results of this study not only determined the optimum operating parameters for the sewage treatment plant in the north of Changbai Mountain basin,but also provided some suggestions for the design and operation of similar projects,and provided a reference for the stable nitrogen and phosphorus removal in the cold regions of northern China.
