Metal organic coordination polymers(MOCPs), constructed from metal ions and organic bridging ligands, have received great attention because of their diverse compositions and architecture and have shown great promise in a number of applications. Reports of the rare earth coordination polymer much more special, but the rare earth coordination polymer as fluorescent probe constitute a "on-off- open" double fluorescent switch to test of copper ion and nonmetal sulfide ion is rarely reported. In this paper, we using rare earth terbium ion as the center, adenine, guanylic acid, guanine, 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid as complexes, such as rare earth coordination polymer was synthesized, and the detection of copper ion and sulfur ions in aqueous solution. Specific work is as follows:1?Preparation of terbium coordination polymers with guanine and DPA as ligands and detection of sulfide copper ions in aqueous solution.Copper is a kind of trace metal elements necessary to human, The concentration of copper ion is too high or too low, will have a significant impact on human life, so, designing a simple and convenient test method for copper ion is very necessary. We used the terbium ions as the centre ion, 2, 6- pyridine dicarboxylic acid and guanine as a federation of ligand, successfully made rare earth coordination polymer, The polymer was characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy spectrum, infrared, and fluorescence lifetime It proved that the rare earth coordination polymer is formed. Adding copper ions will make fluorescence quenching occurs, and sulfur ions fluorescence will be a certain degree of recovery, The experimental result was shown that the detection of polymer toward copper ion and sulfur ion exhibited good linear relationship in the range of 0-20 micromolar and 1-18 micromolar, respectively.Based on this, a quantitative analysis of the copper ion and sulfur ion in aqueous solution can be carried out. The method is simple and convenient, and it is expected to be further used.2?Preparation of terbium coordination polymers with adenine and DPA as ligands and detection of sulfide copper ions in aqueous solution.Because it has long fluorescence lifetime, large Stokes shift, narrow emission peak, and photochemical stability, the rare earth fluorescent probes have been widely concerned. In the present work, we through hydrothermal method successfully synthesized with rare earth terbium ion as the center, adenine, 2,6-pyridine dicarboxylic acid as ligand lanthanide coordination polymers. It was characterized by the transmission, infrared. We proved that the rare earth ions and ligands are successful coordination, and the spherical. By trying, we found that the coordination polymer has good specificity for the detection of copper ion and showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0-23 micromolar. At the same time, we found that the sulfur ions has good selectivity, and has a good linear relationship in the range of 0 to 20 micro molar by adding other anion. Based on this we can be used for the determination of trace amounts of copper ions and sulfur ions in aqueous solution.3?Preparation of terbium coordination polymers with oxalic acid and GMP as ligands and detection of sulfide copper ions in aqueous solution. As a kind of simple and convenient fluorescent material, fluorescent switch is widely used. In the present work, we have successfully made a double fluorescent switch material. We appliedthe rare earth as the center terbium ions, oxalic acid and guanosine 5 '- single phosphate disodium salt as a federation of ligand to prepared the coordination polymers by one-pot method. We found that lanthanide coordination polymers are successfully prepared and will produce relatively strong fluorescence by studying its fluorescence. The experiment results show that the fluorescence will be quenched by adding copper ion while the fluorescence will be recovered to a great extent by continue adding sulfur ion Based on this, we used the GMP/Tb/OX as "on-off-open" type double fluorescent switch fluorescent probes, Through our research, copper ions in the 0-1 and 4-40 micromolar within the scope of present good linear relationship, and sulfur ions within the range of 0 to 25 micromolar show good linear relationship, Therefore, we can apply this system to the detection of copper ions and sulfur ions in aqueous solution. and it is more to be applied to the detection of copper ions and sulfur ions in the biological system.
