Polyurethane foam insulation materials is a new kind of heat insulation materials.Because has the advantages of low thermal conductivity,good heat preservation performance and is widely used in aerospace,automotive,packaging,building and cold storage insulation,and other fields.Traditional polyurethane foam are petroleum base of polyester and polyether polyols as the raw material preparation.As the non-renewable fossil resources drying up,the level of state of environmental pollution treatment increased and the improvement of people on the material flame retardant performance requirements.Make renewable natural biomass resources to replace fossil resources preparation of environmental protection of the biological basis of flame retardant polyurethane foam insulation materials research has received the widespread attention.Soybean oil is an important renewable biomass resources in triglycerides compounds.The advantage of the rich soybean oil production to soybean oil-based synthetic flame-retardant polyols,replace petroleum base polyester and polyether polyols preparation of polyurethane foam insulation materials.The improvement of ecological environment,promote the development of polyurethane foam insulation materials industry have obvious role in promoting.Paper work from the four parts,the first part is obtained by formic acid and hydrogen peroxide reaction of formic acid,peroxide,in turn,react with soybean oil synthesis of epoxidized soybean oil.With hydrochloric acid-acetone method to determine the epoxy value of epoxy soybean oil,With self-made epoxy soybean oil and methanol as raw materials,under the condition of four fluorine boric acid as a catalyst synthesized the soybean oil polyols.First,a small amount of silicone oil AK8805(surfactant),triethanolamine,and water were mixed with ESOP and THPO.The mixture was then stirred with a propeller stirrer for 2 min at approximately 1500rpm to ensure a homogeneous mix,followed with addition of TDI.The mixture were stirred for 10s,before it was poured into a larger container and allowed to rise at room temperature.The obtained PU foams were left for complete cure for 24h at 80?.The compositions of investigated soybean oil basted polyurethane foams.The structure of the soybean oil-based flame retardant polyols was confirmed by spectroscopic techniques like FT-IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy and thermal properties were determined by TG.The thermal degradation and fire behavior of polyurethanes prepared from soybean oil based polyol have been studied by thermogravimetric analysis,limiting oxygen index(LOI)and vertical combustion.On adding different proportion of THPO influence on the foaming properties of soybean oil based polyurethane.The second part is the epoxy soybean oil and methanol synthesis reaction of soybean oil based polyol.The soybean oil-based polyol,three hydroxy methyl phosphorus(THPO),triethanolamine,surfactant(AK8805)and water with vigorous stirring mixing.With toluene diisocyanate(TDI)mixing evenly,let the the foam,and then put into the oven at 60? to be placed 24h curing polyurethane foam containing phosphorus,nitrogen.By means of mechanical properties test,thermogravimetric analysis(TG),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the limiting oxygen index,vertical burning test to detect the properties of soybean oil-based polyurethane foam.To explore the impact of different phosphorus ratio on foam performance characterization of soybean oil based polyurethane.To test,and then in the third part,is the synthesis of epoxidized soybean oil and trifluoro acetic acid was obtained by the reaction of fluorine-containing soybean oil-based polyol,soybean oil based polyols,hydroxymethyl phosphine oxide(THPO),triethanolamine,surface active agent(ak8805)and water with vigorous stirring mixed evenly,and toluene diisocyanate(TDI)mixing evenly,so that the foaming is put into the oven at 60? for 24 hours so the ripening.The mechanical properties,thermal gravimetric analysis(TG)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),limiting oxygen index and vertical burning test characterization of soybean oil based polyurethane foam performance.To explore the different phosphorus ratio on the characterization of soybean oil based polyurethane foam performance impact.The fourth part,synthesis of epoxy soybean oil and phosphate was obtained by the reaction of soybean oil based polyols,soybean oil-based polyol,surface active agent(ak8805)and water in the fierce stirring evenly mixed,then with toluene diisocyanate(TDI)mixing evenly,so that the foam,and then is put into the oven at 60?
