In order to solve the perforation initiation monitoring problem, this paper designs the perforation state monitoring system based on petroleum wall vibration signal, also analyzes the signal.Based on the analysis of the perforation process and the characteristics of signal, this paper designs the perforation state monitoring system, which based on the characteristics of petroleum wall vibration signal. The system gets the high frequency vibration signal of perforation, analyzes the vibration signal, which basically achieve the monitoring about perforation state. The system consists of a high-frequency vibration of the piezoelectric sensor, charge amplifier, high-speed data acquisition card and software. Using the prototype collects12 wells perforation signal. When perforation initiating, the system acquires the high-frequency vibration signal through the wall, then de-noise, extract, analyze the signal, ultimately, achieve monitoring. The paper focuses on the handling and monitoring methods of vibration signal. For pressure detonating, electric detonating, caber detonating, intercept the perforation signal of different wells, then analyze the intercepted signal to determine the band of signals, and design the filter. Qian 246-33 well, for example, the signal is filtered, using wavelet decompose and de-noise the signal of the well, also give the verify result. In combination with other wells perforation signal, extract the signal amplitude, energy, envelope, and establish the relationship between the signal features and depth, inclination of well. Finally, based on Labwindows platform, design the corresponding system software.Experimental results show that the designed system can basically meet the monitoring requirements of perforation state.
