Currently,to solve the increasingly serious environmental problems,there is shortage of energy methods;the use of solar energy to split water,to clean non-polluting,renewable oxygen.This green goal can be achieved by the photocatalysis techniques.In particular,the carbon material is carbon and silicon carbide-based,as well as materials such as metal oxide semiconductor field has broad prospects.This study is based on the full investigation of development in preparation and application of the carbon.As follows,the biomimetic materials can be obtained with a simple,non-poisonous and green environmental,and cost-effective strategy.(1)The leaves of osmanthus were made as templates after being processed.Then dip them into in the solution of four butyl titanate and ethanol mixed solution,cerium nitrate and ferric chloride.The final products of the bionic carbon/titanium oxide,cerium oxide and iron oxide were successfully fabricated by calcining in the environment of nitrogen at the different temperature after drying.The X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD),N2 adsorption – desorption and the scanning electron microscope(SEM)have been used for structure characterization.The vibrating sample magnetometer and electrochemical workstation are used as the functional characterization.At last,the prepared materials were used to manufacture hydrogen as photocatalyst under visible light.(2)The kind of hierarchical porous structure is helpful to increase the activity of material reaction center,effectively promote the reaction of material in the material surface and the pore adsorption and transmission.Experimental data shows that the plant leaves as the template,increased the surface area of the bionic titanium oxide material,the surface of biomimetic titanium oxide materials 48.3 m2/g,the surface of Biomimetic cerium oxide materials 55.6 m2/g,the surface of biomimetic iron oxidematerials 75.2 m2/g.(3)UV-Vis analysis showed that: as the plant hierarchy,carbon composite and other reasons,bionic absorb carbon / oxide materials were redshift of light to the visible region,and enhance the absorption of light.In Photocatalytic performance by computing combining UV analysis,biomimetic carbon / titanium oxide by the 3.2 eV band gap reduced to 2.9 eV,biomimetic carbon / cerium oxide by the 3.2 eV band gap reduced to 2.9 eV,biomimetic carbon / iron oxide ban reduced by the 2.1 eV band 1.9 eV.Experimental results showed that the bionic carbon / oxide material of the light water splitting effect was obvious,much higher than ordinary no template sample,biomimetic carbon / titanium dioxide industry is better than P25,simultaneous contrast three different biomimetic materials,biomimetic iron oxide materials photocatalytic effect is best,light 6h after producing hydrogen capacity of 436 umol/g.
