Energy conservation and environmental protection is a hot topic in our country now. The aluminum industry develops rapidly in china this years. The surface treatment process of aluminum needs both constant cold water of low temperature and constant hot water of higher temperature. There is a heat exchange between the environment and the aluminum bath at the processes of aluminum surface treatment, the cold bath get heat while the hot bath lose heat. In order to stabilize the temperature of the liquid in the tank, aluminum manufacturer adopt refrigeration unit to provide cold load for cold water tank and use gas boiler provide thermal load for hot water tank in general. The condensing heat released by the refrigeration unit discharged into the environment directly by the cooling tower. The gas boiler discharge a large number of greenhouse gases in the process of providing thermal load. If the condensing heat discharged by the refrigeration unit is recovered to provide heat for aluminum surface treatment process can not only maximize the utilization of energy resource but also reduce the discharge of greenhouse gases. The research on this theory and technology have a great significance to promote more energy saving and efficient of the refrigeration unit. In view of the irrationality of the cold and heat sources used for the surface treatment of aluminum material, the heat pump units with different combinations are compared. The TACHRDHP unit is recommended in this paper. The unit is connected in series with a heat exchanger, recovery all or part of the condensation heat to heat water which used in the aluminum surface treatment process. The specific research contents are as follows:First, model and calculate exergy of each component on the TACHRDHP unit, the rationality of the improved scheme is proved theoretically.Secondly, the temperature requirement of the aluminum surface treatment process is summarized, calculate and analysis cold and hot load demand situation in different seasons of aluminum trough. The results show that the demand of heat load in winter is larger while the cold load is not required, cold load demand is the biggest in summer. Subsequently, the TACHRDHP unit was tested in the enthalpy difference chamber which can simulate the winter at the same time; cold water model of single production in summer; hot water model of single production in winter. Through experiments, the real-time operation data of a large number of units are obtained. After sorting and analyzing the test data, find out the relationship between the main operating parameters and the internal and external parameters of the unit.Finally, combined with cold and hot water system of the aluminum surface treatment technology of Foshan state surplus metal products Co.,Ltd. Compare the energy consumption of the cold and hot water system before and after improvement, calculate the economic benefit brought by the improvement process.The results show that the use of TACHRDHP unit, not only does not affect the cooling effect, but also effectively recover the condensation heat discharged by the unit, greatly improve the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of the unit operation, realize the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection.
