With the development of society and economy, the national water environment situation is worsening, increased water pollution control, protection of water security, is increasingly important. Speed up urban sewage treatment facilities construction and reconstruction, strengthening of the existing urban sewage treatment facilities optimization control operation, increase the urban sewage treatment rate and treatment plants operational efficiency effects, it is an important measure to increase the water pollution control.In this paper an urban sewage treatment plants as the basis, the urban sewage treatment plants to select suitable oxidation ditch process on the basis of the first sewage treatment plant in the actual operating conditions and data analysis, summarized oxidation ditch process of urban sewage treatment applicability and further analyze the impact of wastewater treatment efficiency and effectiveness, and key process parameters, the actual operation of the sewage treatment plant to conduct an objective evaluation. Secondly, on the basis of the sewage treatment plant operation data and objective evaluation, targeted an optimization process control, so you run the sewage treatment plant to achieve a better state history. Finally Activated Sludge Model(ASM2D) used in adjusting the process parameters involved in the sewage treatment plant production practice, establish and refine the applicability of the simulation model parameters to achieve process optimization control.On the basis of an objective evaluation of the present paper process parameter optimization model to prove its process optimization control effect, the results can be optimized to control the promotion of applied research and further exploration and research, and effectively used in urban sewage treatment plant technology in municipal wastewater treatment plant design and operation management, so as to achieve the purpose of saving construction and operating costs.
