Leachate water quality due to its complex, high toxicity and the pollutants long duration to environmental, it has be widly attented in domestic or abroad in recent years, has become a hot issue in the field of environment. Conventional leachate treatment methods have been difficult to meet current emissions standards, study a new landfill leachate treatment technologies become imminent. This paper proposed a new landfill leachate treatment ideas:distillation pretreatment effluent biological treatment. Distillation process landfill leachate treatment in the laboratory and the actual production process has been investigated.In laboratory-scale studies distillation process early, late and mixed waste leachate ammonia, CODCr, TOC, sub-nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, total phosphorus and the distillation effect turbidity, UV254. The results showed that the effluent ammonia, variation CODCr, TOC is reduced and finally the first high rise which CODCr removal rate as high as 90.3%, 95.4%,91.3%; nitrous effluent concentration, nitrate nitrogen, total phosphorus low removal effect is obvious; turbidity, distilled front middle low, high distillation section; distilled water UV254 also presents a high tendency to decrease after finally raised.Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry?ICP-MS? detection of metal ions for the early and late and mixed waste leachate and its distillation of the water. The results show that the detection of zinc, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, 17 kinds of metal elements in the early, late and mixed waste leachate, furthermore the total chromium, cadmium, arsenic exceeded, but all metals ion concentrations are below 50 um / L in distilled water, and all of the total chromium, total cadmium, total arsenic can achieve "landfill pollution control standards"?GB16889-2008? emissions standards.Investigate pH to the distillation of pollutants. The results show that the pH value is the key factor affecting ammonia volatilization distillation, increasing landfill leachate pH value can be increased by distillation volatilization of ammonia, reducing the pH value of leachatecan effectively reduce the amount of ammonia volatilization distillation; pH value can be to a certain extent affect the distillation of the volatile CODCr, reduce the pH of leachate can be appropriately increased amount of volatile CODCr distillation of elevated pH value of leachate can effectively reduce the amount of volatile CODCr of distillation.Study the effects of different pollutants voltage distillation distillation effect. The results showed that in 110 V and 220 V voltage variation distillation of pollutants or less, but at 110 V voltage distilled water effluent sample collection time is almost twice under 220 V. It shows the impact of pollutants voltage distillation distillation effect is small, reducing the voltage affect the distillation process effluent rate.Distilled water leachate Experimental Research of shortcut nitrification, when the system reaches a steady shortcut nitrification, the mixing ratio of distilled water and leachate water up to 1: 3, the system influent ammonia change at 495.8506.3mg / L, water ammonia between28.635.6mg / L fluctuations, the system of ammonia nitrogen removal rate between92.194.3%; The concentration of nitrous relatively stable in the system, it changed at105.3116.6mg /L, it also showed stable of the nitrate, maintained at between 1.84.5mg /L volatility, the accumulation rate of the nitrous at 96%98.4%.MVC technology for landfill leachate CODCr, BOD5, TP and SS removal effect is good,the average removal rates were 99.82%, 99.73%, 94.25% and 99.11%, distilled water CODCr,BOD5, TP and SS concentrations were 14.744.1mg/L, 7.415.4mg/L, 0.210.68mg/L and 4.15 6.87mg/L, to achieve "landfill pollution control standards"?GB16889-2008?environmentally sensitive areas of emission standards.By comparing the MVC distilled water and distilled water in the laboratory, laboratory distillation of the water can be drawn more suitable for biological autotrophic denitrification.
