Magnetron sputtering were used to fabricate Al and CuO thin films.The film thickness was tested by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,the deposition rate of Al flim is2.105nm/min;the deposition rate of CuO flim is 3.76nm/min.The deposition density of Al flim is 2.474g/cm3;the deposition density of CuO flim is 5.541g/cm3.The surface morphology of the deposited Al and CuO thin films was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy?SEM?,showed that the film surface was smooth leveling.Analysis of different regions of the surface of Al thin film by atomin energy spectrum?EDS?,showed that most for the film has no impurity elements,a small amount of uneven zone oxidation,appear Oxygen element.The chemical reactivity of Al/CuO composite energetic thin film was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry?DSC?,Al excess molar percentage was-1.985% when the film was the largest of the reaction heat.In addition,the reaction activity of the nano scale sample is greater than the sub micron grade.Preparation of Al/CuO energetic bridge by mask method,bridge film ignition test.Characterization of the ignition characteristics of energetic bridges by volt-ampere characteristic curve method.Results showed that the time of ignition and peak current reached the peak of the bridge,and increased with the increase of ignition voltage.The effect of firing voltage on the energy of the energetic bridge by the damage of the bridge reaction zone,results showed that the damage degree of the bridge reaction zone increases with the increase of the ignition voltage,the ignition energy increases with the increase of firing voltage.Energetic bridge through the 1A1W5 min security test,bridge film is not explosion by the constant current 1A,the effect of 5min,and there is no change in appearance.The bridge can still explosion,and the minimum ignition voltage is not affected.Ignition test of B/KNO3 powder using the energy of the energy released from the energetic bridge.Test results showed that 1125 mJ ignition energy for ignition point ignition threshold of the ignition point of the bridge.The bridge have a strong ignition ability when Al excess molar percentage is-8%.At the same time when three bridges ignition capacity more than two bridges ignition,initial input power difference0.4-1.25 mJ.Two bridge ignition energy superposition when two bridge center distance is 1.91 mm,the effect of superposition is weakened when two bridge center distance is3.70 mm.With the increase of the quality of the powder,the ignition voltage of the bridge can also be increased.When the mass increases to a certain large,the ignition voltage tends to be close to a costant value.Effects of the density of the pills on the ignition voltage of the energetic bridge.When the quality of the pills is certain,the density of the pills requires a higher ignition voltage to be ignited.The initial input power of the bridge was 20.25 mJ when the pills density of 1.095g/cm3 and 1.22g/cm3 was ignited.The effect of the length and width of the bridge on the firing energy and the ignition ability of the energetic bridge.The firing energy of the bridge is high when the reaction zone is short.When the reaction zone length and width of the energrtic bridge were 0.8×1.28mm2,the energy of the bridge is bigger and the ignition ability is stronger.
