By researching the grain oriented silicon steel production method,its production technology,variety,yield and quality can be improved,thus appropriately solving the imbalance between supply and demand of energy in the increasingly tense situation and playing an important role in promoting the energy source and protecting the environment.This experiment aims at changing the source of oriented silicon steel in the inhibitor of nitrogen source,namely inhibitor of nitrogen source from the traditional ferro silicon nitride to the grounds of high purity nitrogen.If the nitrogen instead of ferro silicon nitride can be successful,then it will be a great breakthrough for producing lower production price and high magnetic sense oriented silicon steel with great market competitiveness.This paper uses Hi-B steel substrate by different process of hot rolling on the specimen,normalizing heat treatment,then using TEM and OM techniques to observe and analyze the influence of different process on precipitation phas es and microstructure,the main results are as follows:?1?After hot rolling,Cu2S,AlN and MnS were mainly distributed in the precipitates.The shape of the precipitates was mainly small particles and irregular rods,and the distribution of precipitates in the matrix was not uniform.The hot rolling temperature has a great influence on the precipitation of the inhibitor.The general rule is that the temperature is higher,the solid solution of the inhibitor is more,and the subsequent cooling process will be released one after another.The process of increasing nitrogen has a great influence on the precipitation of the inhibitor too.The general rule is that the amount of the inhibitor obtained by using the alloy is more than the amount of the inhibitor obtained by using purity nitrogen.?2?Hot rolled specimens after normalizing process is obviously improved,inhibitor particles are evenly distributed,the number is also more.After normalizing the hot rolled grain is finer and more uniform.Before normalizing,precipitates in the matrix of a small amount of Si3N4,MnS,Cu2S and AlN resolution;during normalizing process,precipitates with independent precipitated sulfide composite phase precipitation Cu2S+AlN and nitride precipitation,the size of precipitates are mostly between 50100nm,and some eren larger than 100 nm.?3?Different normalizing process has a great influence on the precipitation of inhibitors,two-stage normalizing is much better than type normalizing process,the average size of the type normalizing precipitated phase is larger,and the quantity is obviously reduced,the change of morphology and distribution is not large.Selecting a type normalizing process is not appropriate,two-stage normalization process not only the amount of precipitated phase,but the smaller size,it is necessary for using nitrogen nitrogen to replace traditional using ferrosilicon nitride nitrogen to produce Hi-B steel.
