As the energy recovery of iron and steel enterprises is an important device for pressure generating device of blast furnace gas, both at home and abroad has been widely used in iron and steel enterprises. But with the improvement of large blast furnace dust removal system by dry dedusting process to replace the original wet dedusting technology has become a development trend under the new condition, dry, dry dust gas parameters of temperature, pressure, flow and other big changes, not wet TRT system of blast furnace supporting adapt to the needs of new dry conditions. The combination of Baotou BF 4# first in the country within the scope of the successful implementation of the actual 2000m3 type dry dust blast furnace smelting, through the research and summary of the original wet TRT transformation in Baotou 4# blast furnace for supporting the successful practice of dry TRT, in order to provide a successful experience for reference to the same industry TRT wet dry work. The large blast furnace of TRT wet dry can change in a short time, as little as possible investment funds, to achieve successful transformation of TRT large blast furnace, and then realize the maximization of enterprise benefit.Study on several aspects of the study focus from the host system, TRT system and automatic control system transformation pipeline valve and electric system reform.First of all, for TRT turbine host system is reformed. Through the rotor, leaves and static bearing cylinder material, structure modification; Seal by the original comb type seal transformation for comb type seal and carbon ring seal; Diffuser, adjusted TRT in the host system to the gas parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow rate changes, solve the new TRT under the condition of the rotor thermal expansion, blade wear, noise blade clearance change is big, quantity of the gas permeability, gas leakage, make the host system can meet the dry conditions, safe and stable operation for a long time.Secondly, the TRT pipeline system is reformed. By increasing the rectangular bellows compensator in TRT outlet pipeline, and the pressure balance compensator on the outlet pipe to replace the original double corrugated pipe compensator. The TRT inlet pipe and valve of heat treatment and TRT inlet and outlet of the valve system, solved the TRT piping system due to the dry gas pipeline caused by temperature, expansion amount of stress and the resulting problems, to meet the requirements of the safe operation of the pipeline system. The original valve system after high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance transformation, but also to meet the demand of the dry condition.Third, the transformation of the original control system of wet TRT DCS, TRT system, hydraulic servo control TRT power oil system transformation, and transformation of TRT distribution system, to solve the instability of the original control system, operation, maintenance is not convenient, and the high voltage distribution system, aging equipment, small capacity, fault high rate, can not meet the safe operation of the system.In this paper, the network planning technique is used to develop engineering plan, which ensure the smooth implementation of the TRT wet to dry projectThe successful practice of Baotou Steel in large blast furnace TRT wet dry change, to create a national large-scale blast furnace dry TRT successful application of precedent, namely to meet the safe and stable operation of the unit, to ensure stable blast direct and increased power generation, and improve the working environment of field workers, and achieved good social benefits and economic benefits.
