The Study On Influence Of Different Attribute Of Food For Lactate Metabolic Flux In Human Body

According to Chinese medicine,food and herb have similar properties.Food has the same effect to drug,and it also can regulate the immune system.In reference to the record of Chinese Medicine,20 kinds of food which have special effects were chose for experiment,including:jujube fruits,shaddocks,pears,apples,oranges,bitter gourd,leek,white gourd,pumpkin,ginger,glutinous millet,millet,sticky rice,black kernelled rice,green beans,beef,dog meat,mutton,chicken and duck.Young and healthy volunteers were recruited as subjects;their serum was collected before and after eating 20 kinds of food.Metabolic Control Theory(MCT)suggests that metabolic flux is often controlled by several steps of pathway.The metabolite change rate,metabolite concentration change and the enzyme activity of the serum which were isolated from the blood of volunteers under four different states were measured.The Fluoroskan Ascent FL was used to detect the enzyme activity based on the principle of enzyme coupling.The analysis of metabolic flux is a meathead which specialized measured and analyzed the flow of metabolic pathways,and is an important tool to calculate the metabolic flux before and after eating 20 kinds of food.The effect of metabolic flux that of the foods on metabolic networks was the first studied in the study.The result shows that foods can influence the metabolic flux of metabolic network,i.e.,the metabolic flux is closely related to foods.Before and after eating the different attributes foods,the metabolism flux of lactate is different and the changes of the metabolism flux of lactate and the properties of the foods had a closely relationship.After eating cold or cold sex foods,the anabolism was enhanced but the catabolism was abated.The metabolic flux of pentose pathway increased but the metabolic fluxes of lactate and TCA recycle deceased decreased.After eating warm or hot sex foods,the anabolism was abated but the catabolism was enhanced.The metabolic flux of pentose pathway decreased but the metabolic flux of lactate and TCArecycle increased.Meanwhile,in the study,changes of the activities of 13 kinds of enzyme of the main metabolic pathway and concentration of cytokines were measured before and eating specified foods.And the role of the cellular communication network in the metabolism was explored for the first time.The significantly changes of concentrations of the different kinds of cytokines were caused by the different attributes of foods.And the different cytokines construct the different cellular communication network to regulate the flux of metabolic.
