Tai'an has a very serious air pollution problems: in 2014, 258 cities which was nationwide focused on monitoring, Tai'an ranked 107, while the more serious in 2015, in 323 cities, Tai'an urban air pollution index ranked 305. The research on Taian urban air environment pollution, spatial-temporal variation characteristics of pollutants and environmental laws can take an very important role for air quality forecast, the source of air pollutants, air pollution characteristics, air pollution control and the research of the four-tier cities. This study of Shandong Province Environmental Information and Monitoring Center released at 0:00 on January 1, 2014 2015 at 23:00 on February 28 Tai'an City seven stations?Electric Power school, Houfeng Inc., Taishan monitoring station, Jiaotong Technical school, New Campus of Shandong Agriculture University, Population School, ICT Technology.? four kinds of air pollutants(NO2, SO2, PM2.5, PM10) hourly average concentration results collected in 2014, the arithmetic mean of seven monitoring sites to evaluate 2014 Tai'an City built environment quality level area; the data at 0:00 on March 1, 2014 to at 23:00 on February 28, 2015 temporal and spatial studies built-up area of Tai'an City of major pollutants, including by change and time of each pollutant monthly change; using inverse distance weighting interpolation method, using Arc GIS spatial analysis, study characteristics of each contaminant distribution changes in each quarter of the year as well as space for built-up area of Tai'an city; through correlation and regression analysis, correlation studies between the various pollutants relationship. The results showed that:?1? the full year 2014, built-up area of Tai'an City, PM2.5, PM10 and NO2 yearly mean are 76.76 ?g / m3, 135.15 ?g / m3 and 43.73 ?g / m3, respectively, exceeding the national standard 1.19 times, 0.93 times, 0.07 times; and SO2 was 49.65 ?g / m3, below the national standard 17%;?2? monthly variation of SO2: the maximum in january, the minimum in July, its value were 94.43 ?g / m3 and 18.95 ?g / m3 respectively; NO2: the maximum in december, the minimum in July, its value were 61.99 ?g / m3 and 26.18 ?g / m3 respectively; PM10: the maximum in january, the minimum in July, its value was 204.95 ?g / m3 and 100.79 ?g / m3 respectively; PM2.5: the maximum in january, the minimum in July, and its value was 139.20 ?g / m3 and 49.46?g / m3 respectively;?3? from the quarter, the concentrations of 4 pollutants in winter were significant higher than in the other seasons?P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01? and in summer were significant lower than in autumn and winter?P<0.05 or P<0.01?, there is no significant different between spring and autumn?P>0.05?;?4?PM2.5 with PM10, NO2 with SO2, PM2.5 with SO2, PM2.5 with NO2 all have significant positive correlation, correlation coefficients were 0.89?P <0.01?, 063?P <0.01?, 0.62?P <0.01?, 0.60?P <0.01? resepctively. This studies have shown that:?1? 2014, in the built-up area of Tai'an City, the main pollutants were PM2.5 and PM10;?2?the highest concentration of 4 pollutants in winter and lowest in summer, in hourly variation, the maximum of PM2.5 and PM10 occurred in the early morning about 7-10;?3? the spatial distribution pattern of the 4 pollutions, were southeast high and northwest low;?4? in 2014, between PM2.5 and PM10, NO2 and SO2, PM2.5 and SO2, PM2.5 and NO2 are all have significant positive correlation?P <0.01?, in four seasons, the above relationship more stronger in the winter and autumn than in the spring and summer.
