With the advanced equipment of large rock shovel had been introduced into china, the structure parameters of sublevel caving stope have been growing in size, what else the problems of ore dilution rate and recovery efficiency still exist, which were caused by the inadequate research of ore drawing mode and structural parameters, lacking of scientific theory and technical guidance.Combined research project requirements of Lanjianshan iron ore and Jintieshan ore which is about structure parameters and ore drawing methods optimization with enlarged-structure Parameters pillarless sublevel caving, The study on reasonable ore drawing mode and structure parameters with enlarged-structure Parameters pillarless sublevel caving was carried out. The research status of ore drawing methods and large structural parameters at home and abroad were concluded. The problems existing in the current ore drawing methods were discussed. Comparative analyzed of the rationality of enlarged-structure parameters under the condition of non dilution ore and the feasibility of the technology and economic superiority were verified in enlarged-structure parameters pillarless sublevel caving by the physical simulation experiment. Also the problems in ellipsoidal arrangement theory and large spacing structure scheme were analyzed and studied. A more scientific and reasonable structure parameters analysis and calculation method was put forward. In addition the optimization of ore drawing method and structure parameters was been done with enlarged-structure Parameters pillarless sublevel caving in Hua Shugou area of Jin Tieshan mine.Research shown that the ore recovery effect of non-dilution drawing in V ore bodies in Hua Shugou, with pillarless sublevel caving, was better than combined ore drawing method which was using by the mine. At the same time, theoretical and experimental studies shown that the structural parameters of 20m×18m×2.8m and 20m×20m×3.0m were the best in the condition of the ore bodies of Hua Shugou. From the operational level, the structure parameters of 18m×15m×2.2m in the mine, should be adjusted to 20m×18m×2.8m. If necessary, the structural parameters of 20m×20m×3.0m could be implemented after the adjustment of the structural parameters in the previous period.Meanwhile, stope stability study were been done by compression experiments, which we found increased stope structure could improve the structure of the underground stope to a certain extent compressive strength, and the ability to withstand the pressure of the horizontal direction is lower than that of the vertical pressure in the underground stope structure.
