Because of its good adhesive property of the adhesive resin, it's been widely used in aerospace, construction and other fields, especially in more and more cold and wet condition. In order to ensure its adhesive property meet the requirements in special environment, it's necessary for us to have a research on testing methods of adhesive resin about adhesive ability under special conditions.Fiber Reinforced Plastic is a kind of novel composite material with high specific strength and high modulus. It always suffers external shocks, and because of its unique structure the conflict may produce serious injuries inside which can't be noticed easily from interface. But this kind of injuries often lead to the decline on structural strength where remains a potential safety hazard. Therefore, it's very important to establish a uniformed impact test of Fiber Reinforced Plastic to promote the related experimental research carried out successfully.Based on the domestic and foreign literature research and practical engineering problems, this paper developed a testing technology to detect the tensile bonding strength in the low temperature and humid environment. Besides, according to the different of materials, putting forward the "8" type waterproof coating method was improved for concrete-concrete bonding with the resin bonding strength test. Based on the analysis of influence factors confirms the modified "8" method can be used to measure bonding strength rightly. In order to share the results of the fiber low velocity impact, considered there is no unified test standard in our country, this paper summarizes the related test data and the analysis of the influencing factors, putting forward a set of low velocity impact test technology of Fiber Reinforced Plastic, and verified the test technique is correct.
