Atmospheric aerosol is an important component of the chemical composition of the atmosphere that to the radiation balance of the earth's surface,the formation of precipitation,local air quality and human health have an impact,which play an important role in the process of global climate change.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization in Wuhan City,where is facing serious environmental pollution problems,at the same time,it also affects the chemical composition of the atmosphere in Wuhan.Monitoring and Studying on aerosol,which can prevent and improve air quality in Wuhan City.This paper selects a campus as the sampling point in Wuhan.Collection of aerosol samples and record the corresponding real-time meteorological data from November 2012 to November 2013.Which use the Dionex-600 type ion chromatograph to determination of water soluble ions.Analysis of the concentration of TSP,PM2.5 and PM10 in aerosol.Discuss the Chemical composition of aerosols and environmental Indication Significance.The main conclusions of this paper include:?1?The seasonal variation trends of PM10 and TSP were consistent,Autumn>Winter>Spring>Summer.Although the time series of PM10 and TSP concentration were the same,But its extreme value and standard deviation are different.The seasonal distribution of PM2.5 concentration is shown as winter>autumn>spring>summer.?2?PM2.5,PM10 and TSP concentration is mainly affected by the influence of relative humidity and wind speed,and relative humidity correlation showed negative correlation,the correlation coefficient respectively-0.21,-0.14 and-0.43,while the temperature in PM2.5 PM10 and TSP mass concentration changes will have some influences,but does not affect relative humidity and wind dramatically.?3?Determined water soluble ions of 13 kinds by Dionex-600 ion chromatograph,and the final determination of the 11 kinds of ions,of which a cationic includ NH4 +,K +,Na+,Ca2 +,Mg2+,anion includ F-,Cl-,NO2-,SO42-,Br-and NO3-.The seasonal variation of the ions was obvious.By calculating the values of CE and AE in PM2.5,PM10 and TSP samples indicate,The acidity value of TSP was 1.29,and the acidity values of PM10 and PM2.5 were 2.65 and 1.98,respectively.Which indicate the acidity of the coarse particle aerosol is higher than that of the fine particle aerosol.?4?After the analysis of the correlation between the soluble ions in the air soluble glue,SO42- and NO2- mainly from coal combustion and automobile exhaust.Na+ and Ca2+ main from urban dust or remote source dust input,Br-may be a source of pollution,from the chemical or construction and decoration,K+ and Cl-are derived from biomass combustion.?5?The correlation analysis between the water soluble ions and the meteorological factors was found,the relationship between water-soluble ions and wind direction and wind speed is the positive correlation,the greater the wind speed,the greater the amount of clean air and pollutant gas mixture in a certain period of time,the better the dilution effect.The Na+concentration was not significantly positive correlation with temperature,the correlation coefficient is 0.19.The NH4+,K+,Mg2+ concentration was negatively correlated with mean temperature,the correlation coefficient is-0.26,-0.04 and 0.10.The F-,Cl- and NO2- concentration was negatively correlated with mean temperature,the correlation coefficient is-0.22,-0.41 and-0.77.The SO42-concentration and mean temperature showed significant positive correlation,the correlation coefficient is 0.13.
