The organic light-emitting diode(OLED)has attacted a wide range of attention due to its various advantages including spontaneous light,etc.Now,the organic metal complexes used as the electroluminescent materials are mainly the complexes containing royal heavy metal,for instance,Ir3+?Pt2+?Ru2+ and Os2+ and so on.The application and promotion of OLED is restricted due to the high cost and resource scarcity of the royal metal.In this paper,o-xylene and dimethoxybenzene are used as the starting materials,and two different ortho bisphosphine ligands are obtained via double lithium reagent reactions,and then reacted with CuX(X=I,Br,Cl)to obtain a series of new copper(?)complexes.NMR(1H,13C,31P),MS,TGA,XRD,Elemental analysis etc.are used to comfirm and characterize the structures and the thermal stability of complexes,and UV-vis,PL,CV and OLED devices are employed to characterize the photoelectric properties of complexes,which is a valuable exploration to obtain low cost and high efficiency of electroluminescent materials.Chapter ? IntroductionThis chapter briefly introduces the generation,classification,structures,and light-emitting mechanism,and describe the contemporary developing direction of OLED,and mainly discuss the way to improve the emitting efficiency of OLED via using proper luminescent materials and mechanism of the thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)and determinate methods of TADF material and research situation of the copper(?)complexes containing ortho bisphosphine ligands which are applied in OLED.Finally,according to the contemporary research situation,the design and research content of this paper is put forward.Chapter ? Synthesis and characterization of(4,5-dimethyl-1,2-phenylene)bis(diphenyl phosphine)copper(?)halide complexeso-xylene is used as the substrate to get the 1,2-dibromo-4,5-dimethylbenzene via halogenating reaction,and then react with n-BuLi to synthesize the ortho phenyl lithium reagent,and then the lithium reagent is mixed with chlorodiphenylphosphine to get ligand(4,5-dimethyl-1,2-phenylene)bis(diphenyl phosphine).Finally,the ligand is reacted with Cu(X=I,Br,Cl)to produce three new complexes PM-1,PM-2,PM-3.In the chapter,the structures and characterization of complexes has been made.The organic light-emission devices(OLED)using complexes PM-1,PM-2,PM-3 as the dopant emitter exhibit bright green luminescence.the maximum EQEs were 7.27?10.14%,The maximum current efficiencies of OLEDs were 20.41?32.92 cd A-1,The turn-on voltages were 3.3?4.5 V,The maximum luminances of OLEDs were 2399?3799 cd m.Chapter ? Synthesis and characterization of(4,5-dimethoxy-1,2-phenylene)bis(diphenyl phosphine)copper(?)halide complexes1,2-dimethoxybenzene is used as the substrate to get the 1,2-dibromo-4,5-dimethoxy benzene via halogenating reaction,and then react with n-BuLi to synthesize the ortho phenyl double lithium reagent,and then the lithium reagent is mixed with chlorodi-phenylphosphine to get ligand(4,5-dimethoxy-1,2-phenylene)bis(diphenyl-phosphine).Finally,the ligand is reacted with Cu(X=I,Br,Cl)to produce three new complexes PO-1,PO-2,PO-3.In the chapter,the structures and characterization of complexes has been made.The organic light-emission devices(OLED)using complexes PO-1,PO-2,PO-3 as the dopant emitter exhibit bright green luminescence.the maximum EQEs were 0.7?5.83%,The maximum current efficiencies of OLEDs were 1.72?15.1 cd/A,The turn-on voltages were 3.5?4.0 V,The maximum luminances of OLEDs were 7.78?939 cd/m2.Chapter ? Synthesis and characterization of(4,5-dimethoxy-1,2-phenylene)bis(diphenyl phosphine)triphenylphosphine copper(?)halide complexes(4,5-dimethoxy-1,2-phenylene)bis(diphenylphosphine)and triphenylphosphine were reacted with Cu(X=I,Br,Cl)in same equivalent(1:1:1)to form three new complexes POP-1,POP-2,POP-3.In the chapter,the structures and characterization of complexes has been made.At room temperature,the three kinds of complexes Emit blue-green light,the quantum yields are 0.44?0.78.
