Abstract/Summary:
This dissertation focuses on barium titanate based dielectric ceramics prepared by traditional solid-state method. By doping different additives, temperature stable ceramics with different sintering temperature were prepared and investigated, and there working temperature ranges from-55℃to 150℃. In order to bring the achievement into practice, the large quantity experiment is taken. The materials is expected to be applied in different fields, such as national defense military, spaceflight, aviation, automotive electronics, instruments, meters and petroleum exploration. The dielectric constant at room temperature of X8R(-55℃~150℃, ΔC/C20℃≤±15%) BaTiO3 dielectric ceramics is enhanced by doping CaZrO3. Ca ions are able to exclusively substitute in Ba-site, or substitute in both Ba-site and Ti-site. The different substation sites in BaTiO3 lattice is related with CaZrO3 concentration. Lead-free X8 R BaTiO3-based ceramics with high dielectric constant were prepared by adjusting the content of CaZrO3.Temperature stable X8 R dielectric ceramics sinteredat medium temperature(bellow 1150℃) is prepared by adding different glass fluxing agent. It’s found that proper glass is essential to reduce sintering temperature and glass A is the most effective. The addition of CaZrO3 is able to suppress the growth of grains and improve the temperature stability. Most important, the addition of CaZrO3 benefit to the improvement of some electrical properties like Eb. The best technological parameters, such as ball-milling time, shaping pressure, sintering temperature and soaking time, are determined by contrast experiment. The ceramic powder is applied in ceramic planar array capacitors for use in filter connectors.High temperature stable property and low dielectric loss dielectric ceramics with high dielectric constant is prepared by doping Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3(NBT), MnCO3 in BT-NBT system. In addition, annealingprocess is recommend to refine the ceramic microstructure and promote the dielectric properties.
