Magnesium alloy has many advantages,such as high specific strength,high specific stiffness,and excellent machining performance,so it was named as the environmental friendly metal of 21 th century.The most Magnesium parts were casting parts which has the disadvantage of segregation so its stability are not as good as the parts which were processed by plastic processing ways.As the poor plastic performance of Magnesium in room temperature,enhancing the plasticity of Magnesium alloy at low temperature is a currently one of the importance topics in this field.In this paper,on the basis of the composite deformation,put forward different tooth compound deformation,completed the following content and some conclusions were obtained.(1)Based on the deformation process,in order to increase the shear strain,refine the grain size,reduced texture's influence on the plasticity,different tooth composite deformation mode is put forward.Simulated different tooth composite deformation by finite element simulation,analyzed the influence of different process parameters on the velocity field,stress field,strain field in the process of different teeth deformation and analyzed these fields' distribution and characteristics.Obtained a better vision of tooth deformation of composite teeth spacing which is 5 mm and 6 mm.(2)Based on relation between the recrystallization grain size,dislocation density and the relevant coefficient,set up the related simulation,studied how the different furnace heat temperature,holding time,deformation,etc.influenced grain size.(3)Through theoretical and experimental research,the reasonable tooth composite deformation process parameters.When deformation temperature 300 ?,the radius of the tooth 2 mm,different up and down tooth spacing is 5 mm and 6 mm respectively,the deformation of 43%.Get the grain size of AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets at 6.5?m.(4)Tested the AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet's mechanics properties which were processed by equivalent different teeth size compound deformation,the hardness is78.54 Hv;Yield strength increased from the original 125 MPa to 125 MPa,tensilestrength increased from the original 210 MPa to 320 MPa.Elongation from the original15.6% to 17.5%.
