KR is short for Kanbara reactor,was first developed by Japan in 1965.KR mechanical stirrer is reinforced as the matrix material,the certain thickness of re fractory concrete wrapped the outer.Immersed it into the liquid metal,at a pred etermined rotational speed to drive the liquid metal annular flow.After adding d esulfurizing agent in the molten metal by quantitative feeder,desulfurizer flow mixing with the molten metal,reaction with molten metal at the high temperature.The product is sulfur-containing solid material,thus reducing the sulfur content.KR mechanical methods has obvious advantages than the early injection method.Based on the latest thermal and mechanical properties of reinforced concrete calculation method,combined with KR mechanical stirrer material,obtained the rmal and mechanical properties of KR mechanical stirrer.Use UG established K R mechanical stirrer model;used finite element simulation software to gave wor k-piece corresponding material properties,boundary definitions,load and meshing.Simulation of industrial desulfurization environment,studied hot corrosion of K R mechanical stirrer by molten metal during desulfurization process.Finally,obtained the interior temperature distribution and stress distribution of KR mechanical stirrer.Taken section thickness and working time as the independent variable,respe ctively,studied the corresponding temperature distribution.Did the detailed analy sis at two key parts that the position where one blade's both sides intersection a nd the position where two leaf root intersection.At last,obtained the reasons of the difference of temperature distribution with common position.In stress analysis,analyzed the distribution of stress on the plane of symme try,found out the position of maximum,minimum stress and the reason of this phenomenon.In addition,the article also briefly analyzed slight plastic deformation cause d by temperature and stress fields.
