Friction stir welding process is the most striking method since the advent of laser welding.At present,it has been widely used in the manufacturing of aerospace equipment,railway transportation equipment,ships and so on.Intelligent manufacturing has become a trend of the times,in order to improve the intelligent and improve the welding precision,in the project,we designed a set of friction stir welding seam tracking system software.In this paper,the research is carried out on the basis of the study of the welding seam tracking system,which is based on the research of the welding seam tracking,and many methods and theories are standing on the shoulders of the predecessors and to be innovative.This system is designed in this paper is a typical teaching playback system,mainly through the PC Advantech IPC and SIEMENS 802 D CNC system combined to stir friction welding seam tracking control.In this paper,an important step in the design of this system is to obtain the image coordinates of the friction stir welding seam.The method of digital image processing in this paper is verified by experiments.Through image filtering,edge detection,contour extraction,image feature extraction,we can obtain the centroid coordinates of the friction stir welding seam image.Because of the error of the camera itself,it needs to be calibrated,the method of corner detection is usually used in camera calibration.The paper carries on the research of curve fitting,and carries on the fitting experiment to the coordinate system of the weld image.In this paper,we introduce various coordinate system model,which is based on the image coordinate system and machine tool coordinate system,and establish the relationship between pixel coordinates and the physical coordinates of the machine tool.Then,the coordinates of the image are converted to the machine tool by the curve fitting.At the end of the paper,the error correction analysis of the friction stir welding seam tracking is carried out,and the interface layout and function of the software of the friction stir welding seam tracking system is introduced.The software is used to generate the CNC code which is required by the relevant parameters.The G code is passed through the RS232 interface.
