Ultrasonic cleaning technology is widely used in the field of cleaning industry,it has a relatively ideal cleaning effect for some precision components and the structure of the complex parts of the workpiece,it has very obvious advantages compared with the traditional cleaning method.In terms of oil industry.In order to promote the rapid development of the oil industry,it is necessary to study and discuss the ultrasonic cleaning method,and developed a new type of ultrasonic cleaning equipment,this topic combined with oil field in the process of oil used by pipeline and pump parts cleaning requirements,through the relevant experiment,the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism and the structure design of the equipment are studied and discussed.The main research contents include the following aspects:1.By collecting,reading,finishing cleaning industry related data at home and abroad,and ultrasonic cleaning technology for cleaning industry made a more in-depth study.2.The ultrasonic and ultrasonic cleaning mechanism were summarized,the ultrasonic wave propagation characteristics and cavitation effect were analyzed,and the theoretical basis for ultrasonic cleaning technology was provided.3.Through field investigation of Liaohe oil field,the cause and formation mechanism of fouling in the process of exploitation and transportation are analyzed.4.The structure of ultrasonic cleaning machine is analyzed by using 3D analysis software.In the structure design of the washing machine,the rationality and the structure of the cleaning machine are considered.5.According to the characteristics of the parts and the formation of fouling,the control system of the control system,the automatic control and manual control of two parts,the use of single-chip microcomputer to achieve the motor,temperature and liquid level control,and the preparation of the control system program.
