PVA sizing,which is not match to any kind of natural or synthetic sizing in the sizing index of enhancement,wear-resisting,elongation decreasing rate,is main sizing agent of synthetic staple and fine high-density fabric warp.PVA is called the "impurity pulp" because of its fatal defect of non environmental protection that is the poor degradation.The textile warp sizing is required to all the degradation under standard in the 14 days conditions.European Union countries require PVA slurry,however,is required to all the degradation under 3 years.In some European countries have banned PVA slurry imports because of above reasons.As to the use amount of PVA still growth because of the amount increasing of textiles and classes in this years,which is the serious influence on our country textile exports.Therefore,in recent years,replace with PVA slurry which as a mainstream topic of environmental protection.In this paper,the preparation of two kinds of cellulose ether is based on waste hemp role,the two kinds of cellulose ether was mixed with modified starch slurry to make sizing which is replaced to PVA sizing:1.Choosing clean material,discarded flax stem fiber(b),as raw materials which contain48.194 % of cellulose,29.791 % of hemi-cellulose,14.297 % of pectin and 7.719 % of lignin.Compared to two kinds of alkaline cellulose,which was processed hemp fiber with35 % Na OH solution and bath ratio 1:8 new degumming agent,then analyzed technology of the two kinds of alkali cellulose.Two kinds of fibers can be processed at room temperature and alkali squeezed ratio was 2.4:1(which is compared the original fiber).Through X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),the new degumming agent not only can replace the traditional alkali cellulose and the new degumming agent which is reusable,short,and more conducive to environmental protection performance.2.In this paper,prepared the two cellulose ether which were hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and methyl cellulose respectively.Discussed the production processing of two kinds of cellulose ether and tested the PH value and viscosity of two kinds of cellulose ether.Theoptimal production technology of methyl cellulose is that the equipment of high.Pressure mixing type reaction kettle;The 1:8 ratio of new bath;Crushing ratio was 2.4;Reaction temperature was 75 ?;Reaction time was 4 h;Vacuum;Pressure was 2.0 MPa.The optimal production technology of hydroxypropyl cellulose is that the equipment of high.pressure mixing type reaction kettle;The 1:8 ratio of new bath;Crushing ratio was 2.4;Reaction temperature of methoxylation was 75 ? and hydroxypropoxy was 50 ?;Reaction time of two etherification was 2 h respectively;Vacuum;Pressure was 2.0 MPa;The diluent was isopropyl alcohol.The viscosity of methyl cellulose was 0.93 m Pa·s and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose was 42.7 m Pa·s.3.The methyl cellulose(MC)and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC)in different sizing proportion could replace PVA slurry.Choosing number 5 ~ 8 # ratio of slurry to proceed sizing test according to the p H of slurry value,viscosity stability,the COD value,the compatibility,the adhesion choosing number 5 ~ 8 # ratio of slurry sizing experiments.4.Sizing cotton and linen yarn JC70/ H 30 36 s with the mixed slurry of cellulose ether,then,choose the optimal ratio of slurry according to the breaking strength,elongation at break,grinding ratio,stretching rate reduction.The optimal ratio of slurry is that the 20 % of methyl cellulose,20 % of Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose,50 % of modified starch,10 % of mixed pulp of polyacrylic sizing.Its sizing performance can replace PVA.
