Research And Preparation Of Nd Fe B Permanent Magnet Material Cutting Fluid

The purpose of this study was to research and preparation of Nd FeB permanent magnet material cutting fluid.Many problems exist in the process of Nd FeB permanent magnet material cutting fluid used,such as lacking of anti-rust and poor lubrication and more bubbles.Different kinds of additives for the above problems were chosen to research their effect on rust protection of Nd FeB material,cutting lubricating and cutting fluid defoam-ing performance.Rust prevention,lubrication and antifoaming problem in the process of NdFeB material cutting were also researched.And then theoretical bases were provided for developent of NdFeB material cutting fluid.Effects of additives on rust protection of NdFeB material were researched.It was found that best anti-rust effect of organic amine was monoethanolamine,with the increase of concentration,the anticorrosive effects increase gradually.Anti-rust effect of boric acid was better than sodium nitrite.When increasing the pH value,the rust-proof performance of the organic acids can be improved.Anti-rust effect of sebacic acid was worst,of DCll and Neuf485 were better.When the pH value of 10.0,DCll and Neuf485 achieve the best state of rust,no rust is formed.Effects of additives on cutting lubricating performance were researched.The results shown that lubricant LYCO-S284 has good solubility in water,join the samples can be clear?transparent,and long storage time?good stability.When concentrate added10%,the PB value is 540 N diluted by 5%.Effects of additives on the cutting fluid defoaming performance were researched.The results showed,almost do not produce bubbles and little impact on the bubble of amine and inorganic corrosion inhibitor;bubble more and larger influence of lubricant.The NdFeB permanent magnet material cutting fluid were primarily formulated by choosing the additives.The formulation shows excellent rust resistance,good lubricationperformance to NdFeB material.On this basis,copper and aluminum corrosion inhibitor and defoaming agent were added into this fomulation,which can greatly improve the corrosion performance of copper and aluminum and defoaming performance.The physico-chemical properties of NdFe B permanent magnet material cutting fluid were reached the national standard GB/T6144 synthetic cutting fluid-2010 of quality indicators.At the same time,the application result show that the antirust effect of NdFeB material cutting fluid is consistent with kerosene,and its antirust effect is better than commercial emulsion.Cutting speed is 50% higher than that of kerosene,30% higher than that of commercially available emulsion.
