The waste water for 80 tons per day, water quality:cod is 10000 ~ 13000mg/L, p H 3 ~ 4, ammonia 90 ~ 120 mg / L containing salt approximately30000, chroma is light red. According to the characteristics of the water quality, sedimentation, chemical oxidation method of waste water treatment by.Strong chemical oxidation including iron carbon micro electrolysis, Fenton experiments and sodium hypochlorite experiment.First precipitation, the best condition is p H equals 8, adding 2g / L copper sulfate and reaction 4 hours, when COD concentration dropped 5411mg/L, ammonia concentration reduced to 52 mg, effluent containing SCN- ion, so sulfuric acid copper the second precipitation to remove the SCN- ions, at the optimum conditions is to adjust the p H to 3 ~ 4, after adding 3.3g/l copper sulfate and thiosulfate sodium 3h,will reduce the COD of 4437mg/L and ammonia nitrogen concentration dropped to in order to copper ions in the solution precipitation 46mg/L. third precipitation Lake.Optimal conditions for iron carbon micro electrolysis is adjusting to p H 3 ~ 4,after adding 2G iron and 1.6g toner reaction. After the reaction step, the COD concentration of wastewater can fall to 2236mg/L, ammonia concentration can reduce to 39mg/L.The optimal condition of Fenton oxidation experiment is to adjust p H to 4,adding 30% H2O2 to 2h. for 10ml/L after this step reaction, the COD concentration of wastewater can be reduced to 953mg/L, ammonia nitrogen concentration can be reduced to 33mg/L.The optimal conditions for the experiment of sodium hypochlorite oxidation is adjusting to p H 7 ~ 8, and add 6% concentration of sodium hypochlorite dispensedafter 40 minutes. After the reaction step, the COD concentration of wastewater can reduce to 352mg/L, ammonia concentration can reduced to 13mg/L. at this time of water the lowest concentration is lower than Industrial Park sewage treatment plant in the area of nano tube standard, according to the project budget that this method both in economy and technology are feasible.
