The Synthesis And Application Of Aryl Sulfides

Aryl sulfides are important organic compounds,and have wide application.For example,sulfur indenone derivatives have been widely used in the field of organic light-emitting,photochromic dye materials.Many synthetic indenone compounds were found to be potential drug or have been used as a drug.In view of the wide application of these compounds,this paper focuses on the development of methods for their synthesisThe dissertation includes four parts:(1)The recent researches on thiamine,aryl sulfide and indenone derivatives have been reviewed.(2)Mild synthesis of N-(arylthio)arylformamide from aryl formamides with disulfides.Moreover,the obtained N-(arylthio)-benzamide were used as thiolating reagents in the synthesis of2-sulfenylpyrroles and 3-sulfenylbenzofurans.(3)Pd(II)-catalyzed selective sulfenylation of arene C-H bonds using N-arylthiobenzamides as thiolation reagent and oxidant for the synthesis of aryl sulfides.The mono-or di-sulfenylation products could be selectively obtained by addition of the amount of N-arylthiobenzamide.(4)Isomerization cyclization synthesis of thiolated indenones by radical reaction of diarylpropynols and disulfides.This is a nove methodes and the thiolated indenones were prepared in moderate to good yields.
