Chlorpyrifos is one of the most common used pesticides all over the world,Which is widely used in agriculture and urban to control the pest. With chlorpyrifos used, the chlorpyrifos brings a lot of serious pollution to the soil environment and poses a great threat to the human health. In this paper, our study based on the chlorpyrifos-degradation strain Cupriavidus nantongensis X1 which LuxAB genes was contained, studied the soil adsorption process for Lux-X1.Then we discussed the Lux-X1 adsorption time and adsorption isotherm curve, and the effects of the ionic strength,pH and temperature on the soil adsorption of Lux-X1.We also studied the effects of non-autoclave,autoclave and different concentration of the chlorpyrifos on migration, the influence of the migration patterns in the soil summarized as follows:(1)The adsorption process of Lux-X1 can be divided into three phases: fast sorption phase, slow phase and equilibrium phase.(2)The adsorption isotherms followed Langmuir equation with a high correlation coefficient.Lux-X1 adsorption increased with the increase of solution concentration, the adsorption amounts of the soil followed the trend: red clay > yellow brown loam > sandy soil.(3)The external environment condition has obvious effects on adsorption of Lux-X1.Na+ can promote the adsorption of the soil of the Lux-X1.In the range of p H increased from 4.0 to 9.0,The adsorption of yellow brown loam and sandy soil first increase then reduce, the red red clay affected by pH is smaller.Temperature has a great influence on adsorption of Lux-X1.The experimental results showed that yellow brown loam and sandy soil with the process of adsorption: first increase and then decrease, the maximum adsorption temperature range is 25?,and red soil affected by temperature is smaller.(4)under the condition of non-autoclave and autoclave, migration of yellow brown loam and sandy soil rate followed the trend: autoclave > non-autoclave,and in the red red clay environment, migration rate followed the trend: autoclave < non-autoclave,under the condition of autoclave, the colonization of the Lux-X1 better than non-autoclave.(5)under the condition of 0 mg/L 50 mg/L 100 mg/L and 200 mg/L of chlorpyrifos, the rate of the migration of Lux-Xl in sand soil rate followed the trend: 50 mg/L > 100 mg/L > 0 mg/L > 200 mg/L,the rate of the migration of Lux-Xl in yellow brown loam followed the trend: 200 mg/L > 100 mg/L > 50 mg/L > 0 mg/L,the rate of the migration of Lux-Xl in red red clay followed the trend: 100 mg/L > 50 mg/L > 0 mg/L > 200 mg/L.Three different types of soil, and the influence of concentration of chlorpyrifos has certain difference. But the low concentration of chlorpyrifos concentration will promote the survival and the migration of the Lux-X1,relatively high levels of chlorpyrifos reduce the survival and the migration of the Lux-X1.
