Limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization(WFGD) technology, is the current large-scale coal-fired electric factory is the most widely applied desulfurization technology.In view of the problems that exist in the system which is in use, this paper carried out research from several aspects:Optimization: Using the desulfurization tower in real system run under various load data as sample, with least squares support vector, to establish the forecast model of the desulfurization tower internal processes.Using nonlinear weighted adaptive particle swarm optimization(pso) algorithm, the prediction model of related parameters optimization, the accuracy of the model was verified.Then, the model was applied to the desulfurization efficiency are analyzed in single, double parameters influence, on this basis, based on circulating pump power consumption and limestone dosage effect on desulphurization cost model.When the desulfurization efficiency remains unchanged, with the total operation cost minimum as the goal, based on the above model, the research on operation parameters are optimized based on the genetic algorithm.At the same time discussed the electricity price fluctuation and limestone of operation parameters optimization.Induced draft fan blower fan combination: according to the actual operation of the pressurized wind and induced draft fan running characteristic curve.First of all, the operating characteristic model is established and power consumption model respectively, by running and running data contrast, prove the accuracy of the model.Various typical working conditions were calculated by using the model, respectively, different combinations, given blower fan inlet fan was put into the static case of the power consumption of the fan operation, and operation parameters optimization.Desulfurization tower spray layer combination operation optimization: according to the actual measurement data, introduced the desulfurization cost and unit weight of sulfur removal costs.Under the typical load, common combinations, the spray layer to desulfurization efficiency and operation efficiency as the goal, to optimize the operation parameters of discussion.
