Anions are widespread in nature and organism, and also play a fundamental and important role in many biological and chemical processes. However, excessive anions are harmful. Therefore, the design and development of novel probe to detect anions have attracted much attention in supramolecular chemistry. In the second chapter of this thesis, fluorescent probe 3-Br of cyanide based on activation of latent intramolecular Br…H-C was first designed and synthesized. After adding CN- to the solution of probe 3-Br, an intermolecular CN…H-C hydrogen bond formed followed by active the latent Br…H-C hydrogen bond in the molecular, and further the semi-rigid anion-receptor complex was formed. With CN- increased, the deprotonation occurred ultimately. The color of solution changed from colorless to light green, and its fluorescence turned on to give green fluorescence when the addition of increasing cyanide ions to the solution of 3-Br. In addition, probe 3-Br also can detect CN-in cells. In the third chapter, fluorescent probe S1 was designed and synthesized based on the strategy of using 7-hydroxy-4-trifluoromethyl coumarin as fluorophore, which further be connected with a F--sensitive self-immolative linker. After addition of F-, the F--sensitive self-immolative linker was cleavage and then the fluorophore was released. The optical color of the corresponding solution changed from colorless to yellow, and the fluorescent color turned yellow green fluorescence from non-fluorescence. In the detection process, probe S1 showed good selectivity and sensitivity to F-. Moreover, a F- test paper of probe S1 can also be made simply and easily.
