| The engineering design of Hexian County Fine Chemical Industry Park Sewage Treatment Plant is described in this thesis. The enterprises in the park are mainly pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises. Investigation results show that the characteristic of production wastewater of these enterprises is as follows:the water quality and quantity fluctuated strongly, the biodegradation degree is low, and the concentration of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen and total phosphorus is high. After the demonstration of water quality and quantity, the design capacity is 5000 m3/d, the concentration of CODcr, BOD5, TN, NH3-N, TP and SS in the influent is 500mg/L, 150mg/L,400mg/L,60mg/L,50mg/L and 4mg/L, respectively.On the basis of wastewater quality and quantity, the primary treatment (pretreatment) of the ewage treatment plant is going to adopt adjusting pool combined with Hydrolysis acidification pool, secondary processing (Biochemical treatment) is going to adopt A2/O process and Tertiary treatment (Depth) is going to adopt ozone oxygen senior pool combined with C/N Biological aerated filter. The effluent quality of the wastewater treatment plant was satisfactory with "Standard for Discharge of Pollutants from Sewage Treatment Works in Towns and Cities" (GB18918-2002) primary standard. According to the calculation, the removal rate of CODcr, BOD5, SS, TN, NH3-N, TP is expected to reach 90%,93.3%,97.5%,75%,90%,87.5%, respectively.This conclusions of the engineering design is as follows:(1) The construction of the sewage treatment plant in the fine chemical industrial park of Hexian County can effectively improve the water environment, the design capacity is 5000 m3/d and the total project cost was estimated to be 50 million yuan, which is mainly responsible for the collection and treatment of life and industrial waste water in the park.(2) The primary treatment (pretreatment) of the ewage treatment plant will adopt adjusting pool combined with hydrolysis acidification pool, secondary processing (biochemical treatment) will adopt A2/O process and tertiary treatment (depth) will adopt ozone oxygen senior pool combined with C/N biological aerated filter. The treatment of the sludge of mechanical dewatering and slag is landfill treatment and the effluent is discharged into the Yangtze River.(3) The construction of the sewage treatment plant of Fine Chemical Park in Hexian County can effectively reduce the pollution of the Yangtze River system, protect the water resources of the city and improve the living environment of the residents in Wujiang town.(4) With the construction of Chemical Industrial Park sewage treatment in Hexian County, the elimination reduction of CODcr, BOD5, NH3-N and SS is 821 tons per year,255 tons per year,82 tons per year and 712 tons per year, respectively. |
