In the industry production, a large number of waste liquid containing heavy metal ions was produced. In order to avoid environmental pollution, the waste liquid must be treated before discharge. Compared with common wastewater treatment methods, the adsorption method is widely studied because of its low cost, low energy consumption and simple operation. In this paper, a series of novel micro/nano composite materials templated by Pickering emulsion plets were synthesized by interfacial chemical oxidative polymerization.Different solid particles were used as stabilizers for the Pickering emulsions. And the composite materials were characterized by SEM, FT-IR, XRD, etc. The adsorption properties of Cr(?) ions in water on the composites were systematically studied. The main work and research results are as follows:(1) Polyaniline(or polypyrrole)/montmorillonite mico/nano composites(namely, AM and PM) were synthesized. Through interfacial chemical oxidative polymerization in Pickering emulsion which was stabilized by montmorillonite and SMA1000 I. The adsorption capacity and adsorption mechanism of Cr(?) ions on the composites were studied. It is found that AM and PM have a good adsorption capacity for Cr(?) ions, and the maximum adsorption capacity are 341.3 mg·g-1 and 300.3 mg·g-1. Adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms of AM and PM are in accordance with the pseudo-two-order kinetics model and the Langmuir isotherm model, respectively. AM and PM can be recycled 3 times and 2 times without reducing the adsorption properties of the materials, respectively.(2) Polyaniline(or polypyrrole)/humic acid mico/nano composites(namely, AF and PF)were also synthesized by interfacial chemical oxidative polymerization in Pickering emulsion which was stabilized by humic acid particles that was flocculated by hydrochloric acid. Cr(?)ions adsorption studis showed that AF and PF exhibit excellent adsorption performance with the maximum adsorption capacity of 315.46 mg·g-1 and 303.95 mg·g-1, respectively. And the adsorption prcess of Cr(?) ions by AF and PF can be correctly described by the pseudo-two-order kinetics model and the Langmuir isotherm model. Similarly, AF and PF can be carried out two cycles of adsorption and desorption.(3) Polyaniline( or polypyrrole)/montmorillonite/Humic acid mico/nano composites(namely, A-MF and P-MF) were synthesized via interfacial chemical oxidative polymerization in Pickering emulsion which was stabilized by montmorillonite and humic acid, It is found that by A-MF and P-MF have high adsorption capacity for Cr(?) ions with the maximum adsorption capacity up to 239.23 mg·g-1 and 252.52 mg·g-1, respectively. And their adsorption kinetic datas and thermodynamic datas for Cr(?) ions are both fitted well with the pseudo-two-order kinetics model and the Langmuir model. Besides, cyclic regeneration experiments show that A-MF and P-MF can be experienced 3 and 2 cycles without reducingthe removal rate of Cr(?) ions, respectively.
