Shifang plain area is the main industry, agriculture, urban living area, and the groundwater is facing the severe pollution pressure. The anti fouling property of the groundwater aquifer has the ability to maintain its own stability against the adverse effects of the aquifer. Through the aquifer vulnerability evaluation, divide the aquifer vulnerability range, warning people in the exploitation and utilization of groundwater to take reasonable and effective exploitation and protection measures, to protect groundwater resources and realize the sustainable development of groundwater resources utilization.In this paper, combined with the topography and geomorphology of the plain area of Shifang City, the type of rock and soil and the hydrogeological conditions, improved the drastic model, selected groundwater buried depth, containing water enrichment of water, recharge, aquifer lithology, aquifer thickness and exploitation quantity of groundwater containing a total of seven evaluation index, analyzed the indexes of containing water antifouling performance influence mechanism, and the single factor evaluation of the anti fouling property of the aquifer was carried out by GIS. By using the analytic hierarchy process, relying on the MATLAB program, the weights of the 6 factors are calculated. Based on the grid computing to get the score of pollution, according to the natural classification, the results were divided into five grades, divided into strong, stronger, medium and weaker and weak five grades, and draw the final groundwater vulnerability zoning map, to reveal the whole distribution of the anti fouling property of the aquifer in the plain area of Shifang City. The results showed that the aquifer vulnerability of weak and weaker region of the study area is 175.87km2, accounting for about 48.15% of the total area; The middle area antifouling performance is 100.35 km2, accounting for 27.48% of the total area; Good anti fouling performance and better area of 89.01km2, accounting for 24.37% of the total area. There is a certain relation between the pollution prevention zoning and the groundwater recharge-discharge characteristics: the groundwater recharge area, the strongest pollution resistance, the groundwater runoff area, the strong pollution resistance, the groundwater discharge area, and the weakest pollution resistance.The area of water quality in the study area is 239.47km2, which accounts for 65.56% of the total area. Poor area of 117.57km2, accounting for 32.18%. Range area of 7.95km2, accounting for 2.18%. The trend of groundwater quality in the study area is as follows: the area of good area is reduced. Area of poor water quality is changed from point to large area distribution.According to the sampling point of water quality data. According to the water quality data of the sampling point, the results of the evaluation of the aquifer pollution resistance were verified. In general, the pollution index of the water quality exceeding the standard point was low, and the anti fouling ability was weak. The pollution probability is bigger in Sampling area. The sample and the appraisal result maintains the consistency. The area with weak anti pollution and weak area and more polluted source area, the groundwater quality is worst.Based on the results of the assessment of aquifer antifouling resistance, the results of the assessment of groundwater quality and the distribution of pollution sources, put forward reasonable countermeasures for the protection of groundwater resources of the plain area of Shifang City.
