With economic development,more and more people are concerned about the energy issues.Because of the characteristics of light weight and low cost,polymer solar cell has became a hotspot for renewable energy development and research.There are many factors affect the polymer solar cell conversion efficiency and stability,in which the modification within polymer solar cell function layers is a very important factor.Therefore,we prepared the anode modification layers to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency and stability of the polymer solar cell devices by spray pyrolysis method.In third chapter,PEDOT:PSS anode modification layer was successfully applied to polymer solar cell.The morphology and conductivity of PEDOT: PSS film doped with dimethyl sulfoxide and isopropanol were studied;Temperature of substrate and spray height which have great influence on film morphology and structure parameters were optimized;The PEDOT:PSS anode modification layer vertical separation principle was elaborated;Photovoltaic performance parameters of devices doped with dimethyl sulfoxide and isopropanol were detected by solar cell I-V testing system;The effects on performance affected by different substrate temperatures and annealing time was detected;After a series of parameters optimization,the sprayed polymer solar cells photoelectric conversion efficiency in this section reached 2.80%,which closed to spin-coating device.In fourth chapter,MoO3 anode modification layer was successfully applied to polymer solar cell.The effects of different spraying height and MoO3 precursor solution concentration on film morphology were detected;The surface morphologies of MoO3 films which were prepared by solution method and evaporation method and PEDOT:PSS film were characterized by atomic force microscope.Finally,the performance and stability of devices which were based on different anode modification layers were measured.The efficiency and stability of MoO3 based polymer solar cell devices which were prepared by spray pyrolysis method were further improved.
