Materials research is the basic material of the object,the existing material designers mostly from the technical research point of view,but other than sentimental value without making the material for further research.Today,a large number of new materials,new technology,and constantly challenge the limits of the designer.In addition to making the perfect design in the shape of function,but also be able to select appropriate materials to achieve the shape,color,texture,combine to make the product appear to have more rich content,customized to meet the needs of consumer groups,improve product added value.Designers should use sight,touch,taste,hearing,smell and other senses to feel the material of intrinsic and inherent,senses an image by people form the corresponding psychological perception,studies show that about 97%of people sleep through film stimulation feel intentions,76%is generated by touching the image,93%of hearing,other than the obvious visual senses of touch and hearing other people’s intention to produce a far-reaching impact,and people feel there are mainly two kinds of tactile and auditory senses initiation.Depth study of the material will help the designer of the design concept and overall visual effect of the product of moderation more accurate.Overall,the designer needs to master the material properties of the right combination to meet their people’s emotional needs,giving tea was a life.Through the analysis of the material available in the market tea and emotional experience design method according to the product will be a combination of materials to maximize their properties to get the perfect combination of power and performance from the combination of the materials in the group,gives a visual,touch,hearing,smell,taste,consisting of a comprehensive experience to solve real human needs.Under the influence of nature,the quest for novelty and innovation demand has been constantly being enlarged.Different material combinations of tea will be more accepted by consumers,and "was with his best man to do his duty," the emotional needs.Framework of this paper is divided into five parts:The first part is to introduce the subject of the origin of the background,purpose and significance of the research,to guide the research behind;The second part is the history of tea culture and tea overview;The third part is the study of tea organize free and emotional intention and analyze the material domestic tea market now existing;The fourth part is the whole thesis focuses on tea material fabric of process and methods need to use,and make the questionnaire and the results were analyzed and compared,finishing stage there appears consumer demand for tea material;The fifth part is mainly aimed at the survey results for further analysis,study of six sense analysis of the material fabric of innovative design.
