Molybdate system phosphors are regarded as a kind of important three-color phosphor that has good thermal stability and chemical stability,efficient luminous efficiency,good color purity.In this paper,using an energy-saving and fast method,which uses microwave ultrasonic double outfield auxiliary liquid synthetic precursor-microwave sintering method,A series of Ca1-x MoO4: Eux3+ single matrix red phosphors and Ca0.93?MO4?1-x?WO4?x:Eu0.073+ double substrates red phosphors were synthesized successfully by this way.The sample characterization was analyzed by using X-ray diffraction,differential thermal analyzer,scanning electron microscopy,fluorescence spectrophotometer.The main work and results are as follows:?1?with urea as precipitant,microwave,ultrasonic synergy auxiliary liquid phase synthesis of the octahedron of Ca1-x MoO4: Eux3+ fluorescent powder precursor,determines the precipitant urea with rare earth ions of amount of substance ratio R best to 3.In the subsequent experiments of microwave sintering system of precursor prepared phosphors,studied the sintering temperature,amount of Eu3+ ions doped,charge compensation agent?M = Li,Na,K?,sensitizer Bi3+ ion doping effect the performance of the phosphor powder morphology and fluorescence,Through the test analysis,the results show that: Sintering temperature is 900 ?,can obtain D50 is about 1.46 ?m,the morphology of spherical phosphor particles;Activated ion of Eu3+,doping agent charge compensation can improve the intensity of excitation spectrum of phosphors and relative luminous intensity,and doping Li+ ions,has the obvious effects;Sensibilizer ions can absorb the energy transmitted to activate the Eu3+ ions around,so as to improve the luminous intensity of the phosphors,the best doping of Bi3+ ions for 3 mol %;For Ca0.93 MoO4: Eu3+ 0.07 phosphor fluorescent lifetime test,measured the fluorescence lifetime of 0.398 ms.?2?In the preparation of single matrix Ca1-x MoO4: Eux3+ series,on the basis of phosphors doped WO42-ion,was prepared by double matrix Ca0.93?MO4?1-x?WO4?x: Eu0.073+ phosphors series.Studied the influence of molar ratio on double phosphors matrix precursor morphology,determines the best mole ratio of urea with reactants is 3,.The effects of sintering temperature on the morphology,particle size and luminescent properties of the double matrix phosphors were discussed.the results show that the sintering temperature is 1000?,the morphology is spherical,good luminescence performance phosphors were prepared,its D50 is 3.71?m.The effect of WO42-ion doping concentrations on the double matrix phosphor luminescence performance were researched,the test results show that doping WO42-ions can improve luminescent properties of single matrix phosphors.When the WO42-doping concentraation is 4mol%,it will show concentration quenching,Double matrix series of phosphors Ca0.93?MO4?1-x?WO4?x: Eu0.073+ show the bright red light under excitation of 365 nm and 465 nm.and color coordinates are located in the red region.
