The in-situ leaching method of rare earth mine will cause damage to the geologi-cal environment in a certain extent. In this paper, conducting triaxle shear test, pore structure test and seepage test in different concentration of leaching solution based on the study of silt related properties.According to the results of laboratory tests, obtain the change rule about ore leaching solution with strength parameters, pore structure and hydraulic conductivity. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)According to Mohr-Coulomb criterion analysis the change of strength parameters of the ore body, there are three stage change of the strength parameters such as rapidly changing, slowly changing and unchanged as time goes on.(2)Comparing different concentrations of immersion leaching time and strength parameters variation of rare earth, the results showed that high concentration will prompt ino-exchange react. It less effect the strength of ore than low concentration.(3)By analysis leaching the ore influence pore structure and different concentrations effects show that the displacement reaction of ammonium sulfate and rare earths ino destroy the first pore structure, high concentration will reaction more acting and destroy.Pore water pressure will reduce as the porosity of ore increase.(4)Using Darcy's law for leaching process permeation coefficient analysis concluded as the displacement reaction of rare earths ino and ammonium sulfate, the hydraulic conductivity of ore increase as the porosity increase.High concentration more effect than low concentration, the strength parameter will be low as the hydraul-ic conductivity increase.
