Autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous grinding+ball grinding process has obvious advantages including lesser occupation of land,more convenience operation and management than traditional medium crushing+fine crushing+grinding process.It was widely used in copper,gold,iron,copper molybdenum mining,but it must be testing the ore characteristic parameters before mine design and study the compatible or not autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous grinding technology and than it also must be important to select mill installed power,now selection and calculation of mill extremely dependent on experienced processing engineers or reference similar existing mine,it often lead to selection too large for mill power.This paper using computer language,studying selecton and power of mill in the autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous grinding+ball grinding process to develop software.It can selection and power calculation of mill in this software platform,The software need to collect data and establish database from autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous mill,ball mill and industrial production parameters of grinding process.The software can implement the following main function.?1?Analysis and judge degree hard and soft of ore and resist abrasion Test mining in the mine,including A?b?A*b?abrasion index ta,Bond mill index Wib,ore block compressive strength f,the software automatic analyze and judge hard and soft and resist abrasion ability of the ore according to input ores parameters into software.?2?calculation energy consumption of autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous grinding+ball grinding process,including calculating whole circuit specific energy consumption,total energy consumption and specific energy consumption of every mill.?3?Matching select power and mill type.According to the calculation of energy consumption,Based on a database matching search.recommend type of autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous mill and ball mill and can be selected out scheme from the recommended.?4?Calculating mill theory and empirical formula of selected out scheme.Calculating results of power and autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous mill and ball mill according to database of calculating module of theory empirical formula of autogenous grinding/semi-autogenous mill and ball mill.?5?In order to check result of calculating power and mill type.Find similar mine according to ore characteristic parameters,we can select mill type size and installed power and comparison reference to data in the parameters A,b,A * b,ta,Wib,f,throughput,coarse crushing product particle size F80,final grinding particle size P80.Paper based on above software function.as an example of north tungsten of industrial company of jiang xi ju tong.When the ore production is 916.7t/h.Recommend to final scheme SAB,two series:semi-autogenous mill Liner inside diameter 8.83 m,effective grinding length 3.51 m,install power 5590kw;ball mill Liner inside diameter 4.79 m,effective grinding length 8.14 m,install power 3300kw;one series:semi-autogenous mill Liner inside diameter 10.6m,effective grinding length 4.65 m,install power 11190kw;ball mill Liner inside diameter 6.16 m,effective grinding length 9.94 m,install power 7084kw?...
