Huogeqi open pit copper mining since the early stripping serious imbalance,although now converted to underground mining,but after years of large-scale continuous mining,shallow for the exploitation of dwindling resources,to the deep mining is an inevitable trend.Therefore,how to control the ground pressure will be the most important issue to be solved mine,this paper aims to eligible dimensional changes and distribution of stress field of each Qi copper zones studied,and roadway parameter optimization study for the solve each eligible security zone kay efficient copper mining and the expansion of production capacity and other issues to provide a theoretical basis,but also on the efficient and safe exploitation of the mine follow provide important guidance and practical significance.The main contents and conclusions are:(1)The amount of each Qi Copper Area tectonic field investigation and analysis,the mine as a whole,belongs to hard rock ore than the hard rock category-rock more complete,most of them are solid type,local non-solid.In the mining process can easily produce the disc surounding rock collapse,roof collapse;while mine main lithological rock specimens,uniaxial compressive strength test,tensile strength test of rock,Rock Point load test,triaxial test results analysis using regression analysis,the final results are based on rock mass classification of the amendment.(2)Through on-site stress relief sleeve hole measurement and laboratory test method of combining,collecting Huogeqi copper area 1750m,1630m and relieve strain and elastic constants and other basic data 1520m three middle arranged five measuring points and application-specific rock stress calculation program LUT-str stress component values calculated from five to six measuring points,get eligible for horizontal stress characteristics of each component Qi copper zone distribution and to stress variation with depth.(3)Combined Huogeqi copper pressure and displacement monitoring,introduction of ground pressure monitoring equipment supporting the proposed mine a reasonable pressure and microseismic disaster early warning program.(4)By the force of the roadway theoretical analysis,numerical simulation analysis,the plastic zone as a comprehensive evaluation of surrounding rock stability of roadway stability analysis,concluded that:change of complete and incomplete rock rocks large plastic zone If the surrounding rock intact on the disk,only produce a certain plasticity zone in the roadway two groups,when using spray concrete support to meet the support requirements,but is not complete because the rock structure,when there is a structural surface,rocks nature is weakened.Therefore,according to the theory of composite beams,respectively,bolting parameters including bolt diameter,length,and other inter-row spacing parameters were optimized.
