Thermoplastic polyamide elastomer is one of the major types of thermoplastic elastomers,The elastic both has the characteristics of the general elastic body,and has special properties,The elastic body has high elasticity,good abrasion resistance,strong antistatic ability,oil resistance and chemical resistance,and can maintain good mechanical properties in the high and low temperature environment.Thermoplastic polyamide elastomer is widely used in many fields,such as automotive materials,medical equipment,sports goods and daily necessities.Thermoplastic polyamide elastomer is a block copolymer,which is composed of soft and hard segments.The soft segment is mainly composed of polyether or polyester with low melting point,and the hard segment is composed of polyamide segments with relatively high melting point.Synthetic thermal plastic polyamide elastomer polyether soft segment monomer mainly poly propylene glycol,polyethylene glycol,polyethylene tetrahydrofuran glycol etc.,and the hard segment of polyamide monomer mainly caprolactam,lauric lactam and aminoundecanoic acid and so on.This research is mainly on poly propylene glycol as soft segment,hexanolactam as hard segment the synthetic thermal plastic polyamide elastomer based,through the hard segments into polyamide 11(nylon 11)and polyamide 6(PA6)composed of hard segments of the copolymer structure,synthesis of nylon 6,nylon11 and poly propylene glycol ternary block segment type thermoplastic polyamide elastomer.The main purpose of doing so,a is polyamide monomer amino undecanoic acid polyamide copolymer backbone molecule provides a flexible chain segments,so that the flexibility of the molecular chain of the increase,so that it has a wider range of processing,improve the material processing;another,aminoundecanoic acid from castor oil,the product green environmental protection material content is higher,with higher environmental value.The synthesis method used in this study is the caprolactam,amino undecanoic acid,adipic acid and poly propylene glycol,distilled water as raw materials a into high-temperature high-pressure reaction kettle,through the vacuum,air inside the kettle nitrogen replacement,heating polymerization,holding pressure,pressure relief exhaust,water cut grain process synthetic thermoplastic polyamide elastomer.The elastomer pellets obtained for sample preparation,extraction and drying.Synthetic polymers,further the for experimental characterization:first of all by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy instrument of samples were functional characteristic peaks of characterization,with deuterium generation trifluoroacetic acid as solvent to dissolve,further characterization of copolymer test using superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),combined with the infrared spectra and 1H NMR analyses,can prove that the synthesized copolymer indeed as the target product.The second step,by differential scanning calorimeter,thermogravimetric analyzer of polymer melting point,thermal decomposition temperature were characterized and the thermal properties of polymer research;the third step is to characterize the test samples using wide-angle X-ray diffraction and polarizing microscope polymerization,the crystallization properties of an object.The fourth step is to study the dynamic mechanical properties of polymers.Finally,the mechanical properties of the polymer were analyzed.The tensile strength,flexural strength and notched impact strength of the polymer were tested.In addition to the polymer of scanning electron microscope(SEM)testing,analysis of the microstructure of the polymer,the melt index analysis and boiling water extraction rate analysis method with the change of mass fraction of polyamide 11 and polymer boiling water extraction rate and melt index of the change was studied.This study through synthesis,characterization obtained a large number of experimental data,the next three yuan block type thermal plastic synthesis and characterization of polyamide elastomer and industrial production,application has some reference.
