Over two decades,Chinese beverage industry has seen a rapid development,leading China to be the world's second beverage producer and consumer.The total beverage output in China has long ranked the front in the world and is showing a trend of continuous growth.Fruit and vegetable juice is a traditional kind of drinks and plays an irreplaceable role in the industry.Chinese beverage market has experienced the change from the traditional sodas,mineral water,tea drinks to fruit and vegetable juice.As the largest beverage consumer in the world,China has a market with a huge potential and expected to be one of strategic international markets for global expansion.With the continual enhancement of Chinese public consumption ability,the consumers are paying more attention to quality and healthy life.Despite the astonishing sales of Chinese fruit and vegetable beverage,the package remains immature and people have not developed a security sense for beverage package as strong as consumers aboard.Since the food security events reported a few years ago,the government and the whole society has began to emphasize beverage security,and consumers are increasingly eager to understand more information about beverage security.The beverage security mentioned hereof is not the security of beverage itself,it also includes the design of beverage package,because beverage is contained in these packages.The huge market room of beverage industry has decided that the industry will develop in the forefront of marketing package.Judged from every aspect,fruit and vegetable package has always been the leading practitioner and guide in package market.By analyzing the unsecure factors in fruit and vegetable beverage package and the harms they cause,the thesis attempts to find out the fundament cause of the security hazards and thus to explore the design strategies for improving the security of fruit and vegetable beverage package.In combination with the specific cases of fruit and vegetable beverage package,the thesis has also extracted fruit and vegetable beverage security package methods.Then the security of package materials is analyzed from the aspects of the security characteristics of the traditional and new materials,as well as their environmental effects.Based on the concepts on green design and sustainable design,the thesis proceeds to study the beverage package design methods favorable for ecological environment security.By analyzing the security of package model and structure,including the security to fruit and vegetable beverage and the consumers,the thesis proposed corresponding strategies to remove the security hazards from the angle of human-machine engineering.At the same time,package visual factors are also explored,including graphs,words,color design and indicative designs,in order to provide some inspirations for secure package design of fruit and venerable beverage.
